5 stars****** was polite and respectful of me. Nice to communicate with and good at keeping me informed of his arrival. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain what had to be done. I would definitely ask for him the next time I ne any appliance repair.Puls Technologies, Inc.

3 starsI received excellent service from the Service Technician. Getting it scheduled was a nightmare. I gave date and time for same day service. Times were available. I get a message several hours later that i needed to reschedule my appointment. I never had a confirmed appointment to begin with. I set up dates and times for Tuesday and Wednesday. Did not hear anything. I then got a text to reschedule. I completed Tuesday and Wednesday again. Then I received a text that it was scheduled for Thursday. I called. Asked if anything earlier was available. They set up an appointment for me on Tuesday 4-6p. On Tuesday, I get a text that said I have a Tech assigned for Wednesday 11a-1p. I called again and asked what happened to my Tuesday appointment. They said they can set it up for Tuesday 4-6p and see if a Service Technician was available. Since one was already assigned to Wednesday, I kept the Wednesday appointment. I would have given them 5 stars but they really need to work on their scheduling/dispatch process.Puls Technologies, Inc.

4 stars****** did a great job with diagnosing our 4 yr old Bosch 800 series drain pump failure. He was quick efficient, but the cost was almost the price of the new dishwasher. Shame on ***** for such poor reliability. The Bosch refrigerator was replaced 6 months ago. NEVER go Bosch !! We highly recommend **** and specifically ******.Puls Technologies, Inc.
