5 stars***** was a great technician. Showed up right on time, knew exactly what he was looking for and help us make the decision to replace the fridge. He educated us about the different brands and what to look out for. He had great suggestions about retailers and verifying that the size and specifications would work. He was not in a hurry to get to his next call, also appreciated. I expect to use ***** again when needed.
