    Today (02/02/2026) at 08:55am ET I purchased Quicken REMOVED2026 online at REMOVED. I paid $160.49 for it and REMOVEDimmediately took the money from my account. I received a confirmation email from REMOVEDstating my download link(s) and key code would be emiled. At 09:07am ET I received an email from REMOVEDrepresenting REMOVEDthat contained the Activation key and link to download the software. I immediately clicked the link, was taken to the download page, entered the Activation Key provided and clicked "Submit". Immediately an error message appeared stating "Key Has Been Used - See Below" The error message provides a Tech support number of: REMOVEDand an email of REMOVEDI called the number several times, rings 10+ times a VM comes on sying no one is avaiable and asks to leave name and number. No one ever answers or calls back. I emailed the support email, no response. Since I ordered the software via REMOVEDI also contacted their support and was told they do not provide refunds for online software orders. WTH??? REMOVEDstole my money instantly for REMOVEDand now I have no software that I paid for and no one ise helping. I was just scammed out of $160.49

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID REMOVED, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The companys representative reached out in a very timely manner and resolved the issue.    Customer support was excellent!
