    I ordered a human air wig, I paid for a human hair wig, I was not sent a human pair with. I ordered another wig as well and that wig and the one that was supposed to be human hair are exactly alike and both are unacceptable. I paid $159 for the human hair and ***** for the synthetic hair

    I ordered a wig from WIGIS.com. They charged my credit card 5/24/24 $120.00. They sent notice of shipment 6/2/24 and provided shipping info: JX shipping, tracking number JXCYY2023174754YQ . This shipper and tracking number does not appear to exist. The tracking info only goes round and round asking for tracking number but never provides status. Item paid for has not arrived.

    I ordered a wig and comes about 30 days. I received the other, I dont like it as it doesnt look like what I ordered. I have requested an address to return back the wig and has not been provided to me in stead I got the following email reg return for exchange , refund 15% on new wig, make a new one and only charge half.I am so disappointed with them and still havent received the address to return it!

    I ordered a particular style from Lytinroopwigs.com and they sent me something different.I contacted them to have them refunded and send me a waybill to return the item but they refuse to provide a waybill as they say it is their policy not to give a waybill, this can apply only when I say I do not like the order but, NOT something they sent different and wrong item.I am so annoyed and frustrated with the level of the service they provide and they refuse to refund my money.my order number is: 2581

    First, it took forever for the wig to arrive. When it did arrive, it looked nothing like the picture. I immediately contacted Wigsis the same day I received it and asked for a full refund. They would not give it to me. They claimed it was custom made, but nowhere on their website or in the sale documentation did it say that. I wanted to return it because it looked NOTHING like the photo. It was NOT what I ordered. We exchanged many emails and they kept denying sending me a refund and refused to send me the return address.I've submitted both pictures, so you can see that the wig I received looks nothing like the one advertised. The picture with the word Raw in it was the one I received.

    I kept telling them over and over that I do not want the awful looking wig and wanted a full refund. They only gave me $35 and said I don't need to return the wig, which I do not want. They kept refusing to give me a full refund and refused to give me an address to return it to.

    I purchased two wigs for approximately $210 from this company. I was initially sent a link through a tracking delivery app that after doing some quick research looked suspicious. Instead of utilizing the provided link, I decided to type the tracking number into PayPal package tracking Instead. The tracking information could be linked back to the company, but the shipment was unable to be tracked despite receiving emails that the item had been shipped. After filing concerned, complaints through PayPal I received emails, claiming that the package had been urgently shipped. However, still no means of tracking the item whatsoever after a period of two weeks. After multiple complaints, I was suddenly provided a local tracking number through the ***** This did not match any of the previous tracking information that had been provided to me by this company . The item arrived on my doorstep that day. The packaging was terrible, and the quality of the two wigs was comical. The quality was nowhere near the descriptions provided on the website, and the wigs were Halloween costume material, at best. Interestingly, I discovered after researching the return label provided on the package I received that it had been linked by many previous customers to a fraudulent, nonexistent scam address. (******** Fottys ******************************************). There is no response from this company with regard to returning purchased items at all, in spite of their fraudulent claims to offer returns. This is a disgusting outfit with extremely immoral business practices. Stay far, far away.

    I purchase a wig that I measured according to their instructions and it was way too big when it arrived. I contacted them on multiple occasions and they ignored me. I only want to exchange it for a smaller size but this business is not consumer friendly apparently

    I am a cancer patient and purchased a human hair wig and paid the $171 that they requested. It took over one month for me to get it and when I received it it wasnt the wig I ordered. Now they want me to either give them more money to upgrade to the wig I paid for or an additional $20 for shipping, I dont feel like I should send them anymore money and at this point they should send me the wig I ask for and then I would be happy to return the one they sent me. They will send you an email every night giving you some ridiculous its in your area or , they want to help they do not want to help. They want to run out the 14 day return window and they wont give me the address to return it to. Also, they want restocking fee restocking fee for something they sent me that they should never sent me. Can I have something desperately needed and they stole from me All I want is the wig that *** requested. And I want it in a timely manner.

    Purchased a wig and when I received the product it was not as pictured. I emailed and also sent pictures of the obvious error that she acknowledge and in return I received several responses from "*******" who just keeps giving me the run around and not assisting me with a refund. She has offered other so called discounts but refuses to give me refund. This company states Full REFUND if not satisfied. I explained to her I am NOT interested in any other offers other than a refund and she ignores my request. This company is a scam . They will not refund you and just continue to send you nonsense emails.

    I have ordered many synthetic wigs in my life and I wanted a real hair wig. What I got was a synthetic wig that was too small, a darker color, and it was way too heavy. Plus, it took almost a month to get here, when they said 2 weeks. In their first email and one of the offers. Was to spend more money on another real human hair wig custom-made to my liking. Well that's what I thought I was getting in the first place, like the ad said. So I asked for a refund of $100. Since the wig that I got is syntactic, not real hair. I proved that this wig is not real human hair. By doing a burn test on the hair that fell out and the hair melted, not fried like real hair. Also, I have to make adjustments to get this tight, not human hair wig to work. I spent $200 with this bait and switch company. I might get $38 back! What a rip-off!

    Hello, I have not received my $58 refund as agreed with Wigsis. What should I do? They are a bait and switch company that does not and will not make sure their customers are satisfied with their wigs. I ordered a real hair human wig and got a synthetic wig that I can't return. Because I removed the tags and tried it on. I want a full refund. Because not only is the wig not what I ordered. But some of the synthetic hairs are sewn on backwards or upside down. Your response and how to solve this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
