    The wig was described as a mono part, capless lace front. The wig I received did not have a lacefront. Wigsis wants me to pay S&H plus an exchange fee and $50 to exchange the wig. Wigsis sent me the wrong wig. I should not have to pay any addl money for an exchange. This was a bait and switch to ****** more money.

    This company purposely sent me the wrong product. They want me to pay to send it back. It was a bait and switch.  They should bare the cost of sending it back and exchange for product I ordered. The product was described as a mono part, capless lace front wig. What they sent me was not a lace front. They want to offer me $20 for a product that I paid $118 for. They could at least offer to refund 50%. They do this to scam consumers out of money. They need to be stopped.

    My mother asked me to order a wig from Wigsis on 09/17/24 Brow Polite Wig with bangs/StraIght, the SKU#IW01637 Orde#TA240917C1607 never recieved tracking#, but wig came today with no shipping or return information no email or contact information, This was not the same wig that was online They give you the below information for question, If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at ************************ I reached out to service at wigs and was advise that they have nothing to do with Wigsis.I want them to forward return information, so I can return wig for my mother who is 81 for a full refund returned back to her credit card.****** ****/***** *****

    The pictures you have on the Wigsis website is not the wig I received. The pictures on the site you can part your hair freely and it supposed to be a full lace wig. The wig you sent me you can't part the wig but a 1 &1/2 inch all the way back is lots of tracks. This is False Advertisement, and in the *** there's a law against what you're doing to me and everyone that filed a complaint. People work hard for their money and for you to take advantage of your customers that speaks volumes. I want a free return slip and a full refund. I paid ****** + 5.78 waited 20 days to receive this disappointment. Please do not offer me a discount because I'm not accepting it.

    I had ordered a wig. When I got it.. the color was much lighter than as shown. I requested a refund, and it has turned into a Ill give you $20 for a wig which I paid over $100.

    I purchased a $69 wig, chosen from various photos. It arrived looking nothing like my chosen product.. I do not want it. I just want to return it for a full refund. None of my emails have resolved this situation. I would like to alert innocent customers that this company is fraudulent

    I purchased a wig from wig sis on 8/26/24. The picture on the website shows a wig of ***** african-like hair, what I received on 9/20 looked completely different, it is very silky and coiled hair. I sent an email immediately stating I am dissatisfied with the wig and would like to return it. We've been going back and forth about 10 emails so far with a customer service person named ******* and she will not give a return address. They are offering a 10% discount, but the wig I got is not worth $90. I can get it for $30 on ******. I feel I have been scammed.The company is scamming people because they do not inform customers that the return place is in ***** before you purchase from them.

    Ordered 3 wigs August 08/2024. I paid $276.25. I had one delivered August 31 /2024. It isn't anything like the product I ordered. Cheap, like a Halloween wig. I asked for a refund and a return label to send back to the address in **********. I was asked for photos twice of the product. The site says 7 days to return the product. I contacted my credit card company and started a formal complaint. In response to my complaint I was offered a refund of $80.00. I was told by the customer service person that the other two are in transit. If I wanted to send the product back I would have to send to *****, not to ************************************************************************************ . I have just asked for a full refund but haven't heard from them. The site says the company needs to be notified for returns. I notified. WHAT A SCAM.

    I ordered a 100% hand tied human hair wig. I received a cheap horribly made track style synthetic wig. This company is scamming people and must be stopped. I paid over $300 and they are refusing to give me a return address and a full refund. I have severe alopecia and wear a wig every day of my life. This company is pure evil, they are scammmers and ruining peoples lives.Someone help me get my money back please!

    I purchased a wig from Wigsis on 6/10/24 that suppose to be human hair, what they sent me was synthetic hair. I paid $303.00 dollars for it. This company is a scam. I have sent them numerous emails from the first day I received the wig. I have requested a full refund and return address to send it back. The responses I receive from them are all the same. They try to get me to settle for a ridiculous amount of $50 and will not send a return address, saying that it cost too much to send back and I should be happy that I have an OK wig and that so much effort went into making it. This company is a total scam and the numerous emails back and forth are ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I am currently going thru chemotherapy and dont have the time to deal with a fraudulent company. I just want to sent it back and receive a refund that is more than 20%- which personally is insulting.
