    Bought a wig for $202 on May 11, 2025. It was not as pictured or explained. I replied to the company that I wanted to return the merchandise for a full refund. I have only received a runaround several times, and have not heard from them since last week.

    Hello, I purchased a wig from a company online called WigSis, I made the purchase on March 5 2025. I waited several weeks for it to come in, when it came in, I tried it on, it didn't look like the picture at all, there seems to be hair missing. I contacted them to return it, they said, I could choose a different one, from pictures they could send me. There were other options like a 10% refund. I thought of maybe ordering another one, but when I was told I had to pay an extra $50, I refused, then they offered that I could pay only an extra $30. I said, no I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me more money, for another wig that was for $102, when I paid $153 already for one. It didn't make sense, that's when I said, no I wanted a refund. That's when it became worse, they said, they deal with a different company over seas, and by the time that I'd ship it back, it would cost to much and they may not even receive it, so if I could just receive a 10% refund, I refused, I kept asking for a full refund they said, wash it, try it on and I'm sure I'd like it. I refused, I kept asking for a full refund. This last time they said, they'd give me 20%, that would be better instead of me paying for shipping, because of it taking quite awhile to get over seas, not even knowing if they'd receive it. I said, I received it, and I'll pay for shipping, just give me the address. I haven't heard from them since. I kept asking for the address, I still haven't heard from them. I put a bad review for them online, there are several other people who have been scammed by this company. These wigs aren't cheap, I just want my money back. If you could help me I'd appreciate it! Oh, one thing I forgot to mention was when I reached out to them, I had to take several pictures of the wig showing where there were patches of hair missing, pictures of the box, and the wig with the tag's on it, which I did. That's when I started getting the run around with them. Thank you so much for your time.

    WIGSIS... IS WHERE I ORDERED I ordered a wig that supposed to be human hair on March 16th I paid a $122. It is absolutely a disgusting wig. You can make 3 wigs out of this when so heavy so nasty. Looking and it is not real hair. I've been in contact with them. They can tell me they can give me back $20. And that's it cost too much to send back and all this kind of stuff. I really wanted this wig If it was what it looked like in the picture... absolutely wrong. They are either not answering. Me or running around not wanting to answer but the last was they will give me $20 absolutely ridiculous. I don't have that kind of money to be spending to people that are trying to rip us off. I'm very disappointed. What can be done?******

    Purchased 2 wigs which I received on 4/11 and 4/17/25. The wigs are of poor quality, does not feel like human hair, color and curl pattern not as advertised, hair tangles. I have reached out to the business via email and for the past 3 days they have responded by offering a refund of $75 when the wigs cost $146 and $227. They have not provided a return address despite my multiple requests for a return/full refund.

    January 24, 2025 The *** did not meet the description and the company advertised that it would refund within 14 days. They gave me the run around and would not give me a full refund. I found out that the wig comes from ***** and they do not have a valid return address in the ****

    I ordered a wig from ************************** on January 4th due to chemo induced hair loss for $125 hoping this would be a quick and easy fix for me. I received the wig on January 30th. I immediately contacted customer service the next day to voice my concerns about the wig not being as advertised on the website. They tried to give me multiple partial offers and never said that you have to ship back to ***** for a refund. That should be stated when it states on their website they are based out of the **. Their customer service admitted that the parcel was sent directly from a cooperated factory and they would contact them to find out the issue. The color was completely different than what I paid for. It was supposed to be a balayage with darker root, and it was the same auburn color throughout the entire wig. The style was also completely different. I am now expected to pay $30-50 to return to ***** that I shouldnt because their customer service is so terrible. It also states on the website that if you dont like the color take it to a professional hairdresser. Asking you to spend even more money on a bad product. I couldnt find a bad review, ans realize after making a review for their site that they monitor them so it will probably never show up. This has been such a bad experience! Save your money and make sure the website you use allows US returns with good reviews. I have more supporting documents if needed.

    I will not accept this offer when your business is not sending wigs as advertised and then you are expecting your consumer to take a small refund and keep the low quality product. It is a win for you and the consumer is left out hard earned money and nothing for it. You should stand behind your business and the wigs you send out. It is not even real human hair as advertised. As suggested in your FAQs, my hairdresser evaluated it and said it is synthetic and cheaply made. This has been a terrible experience during a really difficult time, and I dont appreciate the trouble your company has caused me. It is not listed anywhere on your website that you must return items to *****- that should be made well known or I would not have purchased from your company.

    My complaint was in fact my communication, as the first wig was not presentable. Due to that issue, I do not trust that WigSis will be capable of making the second wig presentable either. I no longer want to do business with WigSis. Please kindly agree and state specifically that I will not be charged shipping and handling for the returns, that I will receive full refund for my second order and 50% refund for the first order. Please credit to the form of payment I used to purchase and you will receive the returns. Thank you.

    I am not completely satisfied that the business has refunded the full asking amount for both purchases. I ordered two items. The first purchase was refunded to me 50%, ($50) as agreed upon by myself and the business, and they emailed me with confirmation. They have not emailed me about refunding the second amount ($109) after I refused the item from **** delivery. I would like an email from Wigsis confirming that they resolved my issue by giving a refund for the amount of $109 and that the refund is reflected to the account that I used to make the purchase.

    i sent through their website messaging on 12/28/24 and again 1/2/25, about my product which they sent an email about me getting it between 12/24_12/26, and that you all would be sending tracking info, just like what you sent the BBB, it's not true as I never got a response from you all, which is why I contacted the BBB.

    On Oct. 19, 2024, I ordered 2 wigs from WIGSIS on the internet and paid $168.00 with ******. When I could not find where they were located, I contacted them the next day within the 24 hr period according to their policy to cancel the order and get a complete refund. I was told the order could not be cancelled because it had already started processing. They would not give me a RA number or an address to send the wigs back. I found out their BBB rating is F with 50 complaints. Oct. 23 & 24, I received emails saying the order was being processed (they said that on the 20th) and that I would receive a tracking number. The tracking number I received for JS shipping never worked -JSEJD2527648938YQ. When the box arrived it had 3 labels on it. The top one said Ceathers Lottys in *******. There is no such place. BBB lists WIGSIS as in **********. ****** lists them in *********. The phone number on their website does not work. The wigs are poorly made. There is a hole in the top of the head where the wig was stared. It is impossible to comb the hair to cover the hole or for the wig to look anything like the picture. I have written emails to say I am dissatisfied and they keep asking for more pictures and explanations why I am unhappy. They say customer satisfaction is their high priority, yet they still refuse to give a full refund. Now they are giving me options- 15% discount on the next purchase, partial refund of 10% with a return, exchange for another wig, make me a new wig, or give me a stock wig. I want a complete refund like their policy says. They are not following their stated policy; the contact information is wrong; and they make getting a simple refund impossible. There is no way to rate the company on their website.

    The company does not post a phone number to call, so I wrote an email within the 24 hour time frame to cancel my order and to get a full refund. They replied back that I could not cancel because the order was already being processed. That is not what their policy states. Three and four days later I received emails informing me they were processing my order. They said that three days before. The tracking number never worked. When the box arrived the return address said *******. (They do not give an address on their website). Now they say the box has to be returned to *****! If a customer has to send a box back to *****, they should be warned on the website. The company (one person) is giving me partial options, but not for a full refund which is what I deserve according to their policy. I also want a return label since they did not warn customers on the website of their location.

    1. You do not have a phone number on the website, so I emailed within the 24 hours of purchase to cancel the order for a full refund according to your policy. You responded that the order could not be cancelled because it was already being processed.  That is NOT what your policy states. I got notified 3 days later that the order was being processed. Since you did not cancel the order at the beginning according to your policy, you owe me a FULL REFUND.

    2. You have offered partial refunds, exchanges, etc.. I want the FULL REFUND you owe me.

    3. You do not give your address on the website. The address you have sent in order to send the product back is *****!!! You can't surprise a customer like that if they are not forewarned of your location on the website. 

    4. I asked for a RA number and a return label and you said you are not a logistics company. I will not pay to mail a box to ******

    I contacted this company the day after recieving the wig because it was too small. According to thier sizing chart and my measurements , it should have fit. They wanted me to exchange it and pay an additional $95. On top of the $196. I already spent. I was not interested in exchange because I was not happy with the quality of thier product. They refuse to refund what I paid for the *** even though their policy states they refund up to 30 days. They want me to accept $42. And keep a wig that doesn't fit and is very poor quality. This company is from ***** and has very misleading and fraudulent business practices. Beware!This
