Hello, I am writing this because my account was banned without explanation. Support has not written me back. If I violated rules, I am deeply sorry. If I am able to get my account back, I promise to follow all the rules. Sometimes i joke about certain things, or it could have been something else I said that a consumer wanted to me to say. If those are the reasons I will absolutely not oblige anyone even in a joking manner. I started making money with this company Chaturbate 6 months ago I've been paid out by them I've put a lot of work into this company only for one day to get an email stating that there was a unknown login so me being alert decided just to lock my account until I got back in town so that I could make sure that nobody else was trying to get into my account when I went back to log back into my account they had locked it themselves and I now have made it impossible to get back into my account the customer service will not get back to me I write in countless emails nothing I'm losing money now I haven't been paid out the money that's sitting in my account now, my account username is MisslicksBusiness Response

Hello.On 28th August 2025 my Chaturbate account was suddenly banned without explanation. I have then contacted them on Aug 29, 2025 asking for the reason for the ban.On Sep 2, 2025 they responded that I have been already permanently banned from Chaturbate on June 3, 2023, and that due to this violation, my account, *******, has been banned, and all amounts have been deemed forfeit.Thing is I have not been banned or have any account at that time, so I asked for their evidence on Sep 5, 2025.On Sep 5, 2025 they responded again that I have been notified of my ban on June 3, 2023 and they are unable to assist further and may not respond to messages On Sep 7, 2025 I wrote again, that this is impossible cause I never had any account at that date and requested for their evidence again. Since then I have been completely ignored.I would like explanation and evidence on how and why do they assume I have been banned in the past. Hi, I was signed up by a couple of friends who thought it was a dating site , that be said when i started looking at it I thought it was a lot of fun. I started meeting and talking with lots of women and became friends with 5 or so , after learning about these different women I bought tokens and would go to their page and say hi and talk about things going on in our lives ,then I would tell them "lets help pay some bills " they are there to make money so I would help with out being one of the weird people they had to deal with! Then around Aug. 6th 2025 I was banned or my account was banned the only thing we could come up with is I showed a photo of me at 3 months old on Santas lap. I had always been respectful, Since I have an large unknown amount in the account under rockintlplayboy I received no help or contact from CB and they say they have a billing ***** They do not i called 3 days 4 hours a day no people .I opened a new account and ********** tokens from CB of course they sold them to me for my new account ************ and after selling them they block me from using them. This is fraud ...CB is doing this I'm sure to 1000's of people who are afraid or embarrassed to come forward in my option . CB treats you like ****, why won't they explain why they think they can keep your money? I can not wait to hear how they spin a response if you even get one. As of July 11, I was banned with no ex explanation provided by Chaturbate.com. I had $674 pending transfer to my bank account due to transfer by July 22, which today I have not received, this was money earned and already tokens cashed in. Additionally, I have 2000 tokens which they will not let me cash in as I cannot access my account. I earned this money as an independent contractor camming. After review, one account, under the username psychopsycho4u, was identified with the information provided. Records show that the complainant was suspended from the platform on May 7th, 2025, due to his chargeback of his valid purchases. He was informed on May 8, May 24, and June 19, that he would need to have these purchases reinstated to have his suspension lifted. Unfortunately, since that time, it was found that the complainant had threatened the life of another platform user writing "im going to kill you... i swear to god kj" [sic]. We take all threats of harm and death to community members very seriously. As a result of the serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, the complainant was advised that he had been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. As the complainant's account has a negative balance of ***** tokens, due to the fraudulent chargeback of his valid purchases, there is no amount available for refund. I've been a member of their Chaturbate.com site for several years. Over the last year or so I was 3 times cited and given a warning for no valid reason. One of those times resulted in a ban for a private message I sent to a model stating one of the chatters in her room was acting like a 12 year old...this was initially interpreted as a sexual reference with a minor, rather than a comment relating to the person's immaturity. @ subsequent times I was given a warning for discussing SKYPE via private message, which was an option the model offered in her room options and was clearly defined in her main chat. The 3rd time I was cited for "promoting another site" after I queried where a tip came from in chat (I was the model's room moderator) and she answered,in private message with the name of the site the tip was submitted from. Finally,I was banned, for a reason which was never shared with me, despite sending multiple emails querying why. Their arbitrary and faulty treatment of a long standing member is unacceptable, as is their their non-response to my email queries. Furthermore, I have funds in my accounts on the site , which they have not reimbursed despite my requests, and they continue to bill my credit card for fan club memberships even though I cannot use the accounts nor benefit from the memberships.I want them to either fully reinstate my accounts, or failing that reimburse me the funds in the accounts, as well as the ******** they have made while I have not had use of said accounts. Previously, we were alerted that you may be seeking conduct in violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including consenting non-consent role play. You were suspended pending review. The Chaturbate Terms are very clear that all independent broadcasters must be clearly consenting at all times during the broadcast, including during role play. After review, it appears the role play was the result of a lapse in judgment, and no users were left with the impression there was no consent. For these reasons, rather than being banned, you are being provided with this first and final warning against this conduct, together with a 2 week suspension from the platform. In order to have your suspension lifted, please respond to this email confirming this warning has been understood and that any further violation of this nature will result in further action.
We hope you can appreciate the importance of all participants being clearly consenting at all times, including during role play.

I had a Chaturbate account for many years that was suddenly banned without warning. I attempted to contact their customer support ************************* times regarding the ban and the remaining balance in that account, but I never received a response.Later, I created a new account using the same email address, and it worked. I then purchased tokens for approximately $62$65, but the system would not allow me to use them. Once again, I contacted customer support ************************* times for assistance, but I have not received any ******** this point, I have spent money on a service I cannot use and have been ignored entirely by the companys support team. On May 6, 2025 at 00:00, I purchased $20.99 USD worth of tokens on Chaturbate using my account (username: *********. Immediately after the transaction was completed, my account was banned without any explanation.I am unaware of having violated any terms of service, and I have previously purchased tokens without any issues. On May 6 at 00:05, I contacted Chaturbate support to request an explanation. Later that same day at 15:00, I submitted a refund request. Neither message has received a *********** of May 21, 2025, I have received no explanation, no refund, and no reply from their support team. I find this lack of communication highly unprofessional, and the fact that I was banned immediately after making a payment is deeply concerning and feels exploitative.I respectfully request a full refund of $20.99 and a clear explanation for the account ******** regards,***** PS, my postal code is 9231 but your system required 5 numbers, so I added 0 to the end.
