"I called the smart stop office days after storing my belongings in a unit to inform them that I wouldn't be needing the unit much longer and I asked would I be charged for a extra month if I removed my belongings and the representer told me over the phone that if I moved all my belongings out by the first of the following month and left nothing behind that I wouldn't be charged.
