when order placed was told I could not cancel, it had to be delivered. the clothes do not fit and the material is not what was expected, it feels like parachute material. Order was placed on 10/3.The orders are not like the description. I emailed for a refund and they offered a 6 dollar return. I've emailed them back that it is not acceptable. I ordered a beautiful (ha!) sweater from Whitecloth described as a cozy knit. I got shipping updates for a couple of months from *******. When the product arrived today - Oct 12, 2024 - it came from an address in ******* and was a picture of a sweater sceeened on to a cheap white mesh material. So ugly and the furthest thing from cozy. I ordered from the Co. ************************** that is mailed and ordered through the **** After receiving the items, they were unsatisfactory and I contacted them to return and receive a refund. They wanted to resolve the issue by offering an $8 refund when I paid $59.83. I did not want to except the $8 because I am unable to use the items. Therefore they want me to pay and return the items to *****. I did not order items from ***** and it stated the Return would be easy. The return is not easy for the consumer but easy for their purpose and satisfaction. I feel like this is a scam. They are sending unsuitable items and it is very difficult and/or unable to get a refund, only by spending more money and to send out of the country. The website is deceiving and is scamming customers to order and lose money.
