I ordered from this company. On October 5th. Two sweatshirts totaling *****. I waited and waited. I checked the process and couldnt find any more info. I used the tracking number provided and they claimed it was delivered on 11/2/24. I never received the order. I asked for proof that it was delivered and they provided a different tracking number that also was invalid. I paid through ****** thinking that I was protected from this happening. I purchased 2 shirts for ***** each. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the picture. I am very disappointed with the look, quality and material of the shirts. As per the refund policy, I contacted the company immediately and provided then with my order number and requested a refund and return instructions. I received an email offering me $9 compensation and I can keep the items because it would cost me too much money to ship the items back to ***** (the package tracking indicates that they were not sent from *****). I replied stating I did not want to keep the items, requested return instructions again and stated that I understand the return shipping was my responsibility. After several emails back and forth, they offered $20 compensation again stating that the shipping was too much money for me. I am at a loss. I do not want these items and will not accept a fraction of what I paid for them. I want to return them and receive a refund. I feel that this company is just lying to me and giving me baseless reasons for not returning my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 articles of clothing from the ************************** company. I tracked the shipment from ***** to ** for weeks, with it showing delivered via **** to my house.I received no package (confirmed via doorbell cam on the date and time of stated delivery), nor has any of my neighbors received a package for me. I start a claim with the **** branch for my city and they stated that they could not confirm that address it was delivered. They stated that ************************** did not insure the package ($90 value), so there was no further support from ****. I communicated this back to ************************** and all they continue to say is that since the package shows delivered, it is our of their hands and I have to pursue **** My feeling is that I am the customer and I am not getting satisfaction from the ************************** folks and that they should have the responsibility to work with **** for a resolution or to refund my purchase prices.Initial Complaint

I tried to cancel the order almost immediately after it was placed. They do not provide a customer service number only an email address. I have requested information to return the products that I have received (which keep arriving in separate packages), and I have yet to get a response from them.The items are a very poor quality and they are not the same as what was pictured. I have contacted my bank for help with this matter as well.
