    I have had a membership to Crunch since 2020. In April of 2023, I signed up for a fitness program through my health insurance that covers the cost of gym memberships across the states. Crunch is included in this. My insurance covers the cost of a membership for $39.99 a month.I went into Crunch in ********* on 4/14/23 to update my membership. How I expected the transaction to go was cancelling my previous membership and starting a new membership under my insurance ID, this billing my insurance and not me. I showed the front desk associate and manager, ****, my fitness ID card through my insurance. They worked behind the computer and had me sign on the electronic pad. Since then I have been charged $8/month for a Silver membership. This is not what I asked for. I presented the fitness ID, yet somehow he still decided to sign me up for a different membership. I have contacted the location multiple times, and havent received any responses. I want this membership cancelled with NO fees, and a refund on The $8 charges since April.

    they cornered me at my college after a counclelor apt and wouldnt take no for an answer. i am apart of the disabilities program and have pretty bad anxiety as it is, but they got my account info out of me through a form of fast talking and when i asked for them to give me the paper, they wouldnt and when i asked for them to rip up the paper, they assured me they would pull it as soon as they got into their office, i was already late for my chem exam so i didnt have time to stay and argue with them. being as i am a full time student and mother, i havent been able to make time to go up there. and being as i have lost the father of my children i didnt want to go up there alone. i have called a numerous amount of times to cancle but the manager gives me the run around and one of his employees told me that i wasnt the first hes done this to. the manager **** had me send a detailed email explaining my problem to the manager email he told me would be the email to cancle the membership that started apparently this much as they have just charged me. i have been calling and speaking with him since the day they signed me up. i need help with this, and dont know what else to do. hea supose to be in in 15 mins this evening, im going to try and call and resolove this and hopefully get a refund for the ***** they chared. i can not go up there because i have to pick my kids up, and i am not bringing them up there.
