    The nature of my complaint started when I was asking if the Superlative website is Compliant with the Disability Act. The website is out dated and I asked for them to revisit. The site is always down. In other words, its time to go. I don't owe them any monies. I told numerous time to cancel my subscription. Its a good thing I never updated my credit card or did an auto pay. I have been a client for decade. Tried to reach out on phone calls, email and went to their contact site in their website too but no response. I receive a past due for February which I have been asking for them to acknowledge that I have been out and they should have processed my cancellation in January 2023. Hopeless case. Need help to clear my name and not resulting to bad credit..Please help me to get this out of my life. Where can I find help?

    My website and business emails have been down since beginning of January 2023. I tried contacting company for days to no avail. No one is answering or returning calls. No message on vm indicating what the problem is. Their servers are down so it's obvious they are not open any longer (or if they are, they are not able to provide website hosting). I have left multiple VM messages (no callbacks), tried emailing (it bounced back as "server unknown") and tried calling neighboring businesses to see if the office was even open and lo and behold, the doors were locked. I sent a letter informing them that they were in breach of their contract (not able to provide the service they were obligated to) and I called my bank to stop payment as they pre-charge for the upcoming month and even now the company is still continuing to charge for a service that they don't and can't provide. They are a FRAUDULENT company that is stealing $$ from clients without any repercussions. Stay far, far, FAR away from any business dealings!

    I have been trying to cancel for 3 weeks. Website was down for 2 weeks. They tell me I am in a contract yet can not provide proof or tell me the end date. I have been told for 3 weeks someone will call me.

    I am filing a complaint against this company. They have been hosting my website (www.nppdfw.com) for many years. I am not sure what has happened recently but my website keeps going down. It is causing me HUGE problems with my business. I absolutely must have a website that is not constantly down. Today is Friday January 13, 2023. My website has not worked since at LEAST Sunday January 8, 2023. I have called their business phone number every single day and have left a message each day. I have NEVER received a phone or email response. I have sent them emails, which get bounced back to me. I have sent them a certified letter stating that I want my service and website cancelled as of January 8, 2023. I am asking the BBB to step in and help me get this website cancelled and a refund for this months monthly fee. I don't know how else to get this cancelled. Please assist me with this cancellation request.

    My website and business emails have been down since Monday 01/09/2023. I have been trying to reach someone at this company for 3 days. No one is answering or returning calls. No message on vm indicating what the problem is. I don't know if there servers are down, if they went out of business, or what is going on. These are my business emails and I am completely locked out of them.

    I have been trying to log into my website. It is no longer found. I have tried to reach Superlative and they don't answer their calls and haven't returned the messages I have left. When I search for them on the internet it says the Superlative.com site cannot be found. I just want to talk to someone at Superlative. Are they still in business? I will be canceling per the contract agreement as soon as someone will answer the phone.

    I reached out to Superlative in March, 2022, to cancel my internet website membership, which I have had for years. Superlative responded in March that it was a yearly membership but neglected to provide any documentation on my approval of yearly membership renewals. I emailed Superlative again in March, requesting a cancellation of April 1st. Superlative then waited 5 months to email me back on my request, again never providing any additional help or documentation. They are now trying to collect payment on charges that I never authorized.
