    On approx. Jan 16, 2023 I tried contacting Superlative customer service via phone and email because my website was down and apparently had been down since at least Dec. 23,2022. In March of 2023 I finally was able to speak with someone and requested that my account be cancelled because I did not have use of my website for 3 months. Since then they have periodically sent me bills trying to collect fees for a service I didn't receive. The reviews on ****** and the better business bureau all point to this company being a fraud. Please help me as I am a senior citizen on a limited income and I would like them to stop harassing me for fraudulent claims.

    I signed an agreement with Superlative in July 2022 and immediately they failed to deliver. The website did not incorporate what they promised to me and what I had communicated to my clients. They immediately negatively impacted me. I offered to pay more to have custom work completed - no response. In the first couple months they would set meetings with me to train me to use the site and not show up. They said they would make updates and wouldn't make them. I changed the name of my business (to a DBA) and they wouldn't respond to update the logo, name, domain or anything. Within 3 months I told my contact that I was unhappy and it wasn't working. I let her know I wanted to cancel. I understood I committed to a 12 month contract and was happy to meet my commitment, pay out what I owed and then move on. My contact stopped responding, completely. I hired a whole other company to build me my own website. Approximately 4 weeks before the end of my contract term *** contacts me. Tells me my contact was no longer w/ the company. I communicated to him that I had conveyed my desire to cancel my contract with her. He tells me that because I am within 30 days and he cannot find my prior contacts communications, that I will be enrolled in another 12 month commitment. When I provided logic and evidence, he went RADIO SILENT. I emailed and called as many people in Superlative as possible - NO ANSWERS. Their entire system was down for several weeks, no web sites were working (which happened repeatedly), noone answering phones or emails. In December I contacted my bank for guidance - there was no website up, it was not the right branding (due to DBA), which could cost me my license for my business - they were nonresponsive. The bank advised me to flag it as fraud - which it is (no service and no communication), and to change my cards to avoid future charges. Today, 5/8, I received an invoice for 12/23-07/24 w/ a pay by 5/7 date! And being sent to collections. It is such a SCAM.

    Canceled service back in October 2023. ********************* told me it was supposed to be canceled. Now almost a year later I receive a bill for 7 months of service. Sure was down for a long time. No one picks up the phone

    Superlative was my web site contractor through September 2022. Their system was then down for several weeks, no web sites were working, no one answered their phones or emails. When I finally reached someone in billing, I asked her to cancel my account and stop billing my credit card the monthly $34.95 fee. Then I was doing my taxes a few days ago, and saw that they had started charging my credit card as of August 1, 2023 through March 2024 the $34.95 monthly fee. I have not reinstated my account and I have no web site with this company, and received no notice from them. I would like a refund of the $34,95 x 8 months, and remove my credit card from their system. I spoke to billing today and they said I need to speak with contracts, typical run around.

    Company keeps sending me bills for a service they no longer provide. They are a web hosting company that went dark for weeks in January 2023 with NO CONTACT as to what was going on. At that point, I had already contacted another web hosting company to do my web hosting for my business. In the meantime, I sent certified letters to mailing address with no response. Finally, someone called me at the end of January to say "we are back up again" and that I had to pay up to April 2023. They continue to send me bills for $213.75 for 4 months (which is not correct either as the monthly charge is $34.95/**** 4 = $139.80). Now they're threatening to send to collections! Fraudulent and deceptive business practices as well as harassment.

    I reached out to Superlative to cancel my Internet website membership but neglected to provide any documentation on my approval of yearly membership renewals. I emailed Superlative again in March, requesting a cancellation. Superlative then waited 5 months to email me back on my request, again never providing any additional help or documentation. They are now trying to collect payment on charges that I never authorized.

    I had Superlative help design and implement a business website.This site is supposed to be interactive and linked to MLS for home searches.More often than not, this site has some sort of functionality issues or does not function AT ALL. I have had several conversations with several departments to resolve the issue. It persists. I have had several conversations with several departments to cancel the website and receive reimbursement and cancel the auto pay. The issue persists, the payments keep coming out of my bank. I have also spoken with my bank who refuse to stop autodraft. This site is listed on all of my marketing and is a constant issue for my clients. I am not able to use it at all at this time. I would like a refund for the months/years of non use and cancel any future use, payment or contact with this company. screen shot below shows complaint, example of non functionality. Search field shows only 2 homes in the state for sale. One with an error and no photo. Unacceptable. There are thousands!

    Superlative has scammed me OUT of business, monies and time. I have been with the company for 2 years, at the 1 year renewal time, I was giving the option to pay a 1 year of service at a discount for a lumpsum. Even though I had prepaid, they began charging me months later. The company went dark,a few months ago and my business and emails were held hostage by them, I had to hire another company to help configure my service back. I was down for almost a week. I lost business, monies and time. I tried for days! to contact them, No phones answered, no reply to emails, no customer ********************. My email was held hostage for days, I tired reaching all depts and emailed the reps that had previously set up my account with no avail. I had to cancel my bank card so I would not continued being charged for services not rendered, taken more time from business. The billing went on for months. My bank was able to get in contact with them just last week and now they provided a contract. I called and today 04/27/2023 someone finally answered. They were only able to take message. not able to transfer me or help in any way. I have been SCAMMED.

    I am beyond dissatisfied with ********'s customer service. I have been a client with your company since 2018!!! I need to cancel my account IMMEDIATELY. She hung up on me when I told her I needed to cancel. She refused to give me her supervisor's information. She was not willing to help me! I am at a loss for words! If this is customer service, you can exclude me!************************************* ( Tech support & Billing) ************ I am requesting a call back regarding my cancellation request. WHO IS THE SUPERVISOR?! WHO IS THE ******* I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS!! Called and selected option 1, 3, and 4, and no answer... Only ******** answered!! I will dispute on my CC as well!

    I have been paying $34.95/m for over 18 years. They were my website provider. My site has been down for 3 months. I have made several contacts about the options being limited for months & that I wanted my site updated. No one answers the phone or answers emails. I want a refund for the last 3 months as my site was down - only shows error 404. Zero warning from them. As a Realtor, I need an active website to get business! Refund due: $104.85 and stop charging my card when no service is being provided.
