Hello, this was refunded on Aug 22nd for the only order that shipped which was order number 64C4E6010AEDA, it can take two to five business days to see that reflected back into your accounts please check your Paypal account.

My wife began using 1MD Nutrition Complete Probiotics in June 2022 on the advice of her oncologist at the beginning of five months of chemotherapy for invasive breast cancer. Somehow we ended up with duplicate subscriptions and duplicate deliveries. She has attempted numerous times to cancel the subscriptions, but the website does not allow it. She tried to also change the credit card linked to the subscriptions (in order to subsequently cancel them), but the website apparently does not allow that either. After multiple attempts to reach an actual live human via telephone, I finally spoke to someone ("*****") last weekend (May 27th) and asked for "the" subscription to be paused until December 2nd (as we already have a six-month supply from the alternate subscription), which he agreed to do. A few days later, our account was charged and the delivery that I asked to have and was told would be postponed arrived. We will not be paying for this duplicate order that we are unable to cancel and was not postponed as requested.Business Response

1MD Nutrition subscription cancellation.Placed an order on 2/24/2023 with a subscription. As of today, April 4, 2023, I have made four attempts to cancel the subscription that is set to renew on 4/24. The website provides on functioning way to cancel, the phone number appears to be unmanned at all times of the day. I have spent over 68 minutes listening to hold music waiting to speak to a customer agent. I believe this business is a scam to get credit card information and establish continuous subscription billing illegally.Business Response

I ordered a three month supply of Move MD in September 2022. When I was charged for TWO three month subscriptions ($118 each) and had difficulty resolving the duplicate order, I decided to cancel the subscriptions and have nothing more to do with the company. I returned everything (two boxes) unopened and canceled the subscriptions. Today, I got TWO separate emails about two pending shipments of the same product. They were asking for updated payment information. I immediately logged on to the website and found both subscriptions still listed as ongoing in the account in my name. I tried to cancel them and received the message that the subscriptions (BOTH 3 MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS) couldn't be canceled because they'd been shipped! I called. I was told the shipments had not in fact been shipped due to the payment information needed and was able to get the subscriptions canceled. While on the phone with 1MD, I waited for the two emailed confirmations of cancelation. I asked about the refund for the previous two returned orders and was told there was a record of a return label being sent to me but no return received. I sent the products back immediately upon receipt and have emails from September documenting my efforts to resolve this matter. The phone service rep said she would look into it further and call me back. Several hours later, an email arrived from 1MD which said they had no record of a return label being sent to me and there would be no refund. However, the phone rep earlier confirmed my request for a refund and confirmed that a return label had been emailed to me. I am asking the BBB to help me with the refund of the original two three month supplies of MoveMD ($118 each), one of which was a duplicate order, and to confirm all subscriptions in my name at this company have been canceled and all personal and payment account information removed.Date of experience: September 17 2022 and December 10, 2022.Thank you for your help.*********,*************************Initial Complaint

I sent this email to 1md and this explains what happened " I was under the impression that my initial.purchase was a one time order to actually see if I liked the product. The next month I got an email that my shipment was sent and a few days later I had another bottle. I went on the website to my account and tried many times to call the number listed and was on hold for hours, with no one ever answering. I then saw that there was a listed option to cancel subscription ( which I didn't subscribe) but I tried to cancel but this is just a ruse, as your site makes it impossible to cancel any order this way, saying once order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. I had just received product so nothing was " pending to be shipped". this is a scam so the buyer cannot cancel and forced to once again call the stated number where no one answers. Then,I get another email that 2 different shipments were on Their way, this time of a different product., that was never ordered. Money charged to my bank account of ****** and *****. I again tried to cancel and call to no avail.I finally emailed and my response from. 1md was " what supscription is in question after telling them.of the above" my response to them was" So to answer your question.. whatever supposed subscriptions are associated to this account, needs to be deleted. A one time purchase has turned into a nightmare and this company is a scam. My bank is aware and my card changed and no charges from this company will be accepted. I am filing a complaint f with the better business bureau regarding this. If I do receive product from rhis company that now I've technically paid for without consent, I will not touch it and willing to send back pending a full refund.I then get an email this morning that they tried again to charge my bank ***** . I ordered a product from 1MD Nutrition, received it and the company charged my credit card. The next month (Sept) I received an email advising a shipment was preparing to be sent, but that I could cancel my account within 7 days or shipment would proceed. The process to cancel was to send and email or telephone the company. I sent a cancelation email on 9/29/2022. I received an email today, 10/21/2022 advising a shipment had been sent and my credit card was charged $42.01. I called the company and, the first time, the representative immediately launched into a sales pitch & transferred me to an order recording. The second time she hung up on me. The third time I received a message that I could not reach the number from my location. I have advised my bank & placed a stop on any future charges. I would like you to look into this company and take appropriate action. Thank you.
