1 starI canceled my subscription and they charged me and are preparing my order for shippment.theysent me an email today saying they are preparing my order for shipping. 5 starsI am sorry to read so many negative reviews, all the reviews I have read were about shipping and subscriptions not the product. I have been using 1md for 2 years now, never had a problem of any kind. In fact just the opposite. I take the diabetic supplements and it works great for me. This is a great product and I no longer have to take metformin which was wreaking having with my body. Give 1md a chance it's a great product.Review fromFELANDRIA C

3 starsI have read most of the complaints concerning the business practices of this company and my complaint is similar to many of them - When it comes to ordering, their website is a marketing mystery - and if you call the number they provide, you will wait a long long long long time to get a person. Since Im highly allergic to a lot of things, I ordered 1 expensive bottle of Mind - One Bottle just to test if I was going to have a reaction but voila and to my surprise another expensive bottle showed up a few months later - this ordering system is chock full of whack-a-mole manipulation... so beware. I gave 3 stars for the products Iv used with minus 2 stars for gross confusion and loss of trust.. I have cancelled all my orders... or that is my understanding,1MD Nutrition

5 starsI Love 1MD Nutrition! The vitamins are really helping me. Also the customer service is absolutely amazing ??! Any time I need anything I give them a call and they help me out. They helped me switch out my vitamins, I wanted to try a different vitamin for my next monthly subscription, which was very easy. They also helped me with my Subscription. 1 starWhen I ordered 1MD's product "Vision", I was verbally told they have a six month refund policy. I just spoke with them about the product "1MD Vision" which I have been on for five months, now they say refund period is 90 days. Like many Adult Macular ************* ***** sufferers, I was admittedly gullible enough to order their Vision product before I did extensive ******** on the company and read reviews and customer comments. I have been saddened to read of poor customer service, low ratings. I simply have to bite the bullet and hope the integrity of this company is better than what it seems to be. Before ordering the product in November 2023, I had read of the gene ******** being done for *** and thought this product was perhaps connected with that ********. I tried contacting the corporation but there is no listing of any telephone number other than the customer service # I spoke with this morning. I specifically asked for the corporate number but the worker said she knew of none. Online ******** revealed no telephone number for the corporation. I've been a subscription customer of ********************** for quite some time now and have never had any of the issues, others are having. My experience has been, when one supplement is almost out, here comes a new one, right on time. **************** has been nothing but professional and accommodating. 1 starCharge from 1md appeared on my alert of recent transactions. Immediately contacted my credit card to dispute charge and cancel my card. A few days later I received some product in the mail from 1md. I then researched on BBB site and found same experience with others. I called 1md and they had most of my information on their system, not good. I verified that no other orders pending but they could not delete my account without my email address. I did not provide email and I didnt get their test email. They said they would credit back original charge. Please be aware if Im not the only one this has happened too with 1md.1MD Nutrition
