Despite repeated attempts to cancel my subscription, I received another shipment in July. I have returned the shipment. Unfortunately I did not keep tracking informationfrom ***** I filed a dispute with my bank and the dispute was found in favor of ***. I HAVE CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS REPEATEDLY, OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS, REQUESTING A REFUND FOR A PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, TO NO AVAIL. BOTH BY *************** WITH NO RESULT.. I paid for an order of ***** md and I didn't see anything indicating that it was a subscription. I was led to believe it was a one time order. I was recently sent the same order and was charged again,$177.60. I do not want this order and cannot get a refund with the information that the company has suggested. They said to go to a"manage payments"section,except there is no such window or option.I have an account with this company so there is no excuse for this fraudulent leaning shenanigans.I'm frustrated at the poor customer service. I was fraudulently charged for supplements I did not order. My bank froze my card and the transaction was cancelled. I believe this is a fraudulent use of a subscription system that used my Apple Pay without my consent. I have never ordered from or even heard of this company:1MD NutritionBusiness Response

I canceled a vitamin subscription from this company a few weeks after I started it in March I believe. I had an allergic reaction. 3 months later I was charged and a second order came. I contacted them, told them the subscription must not have been canceled, and I will send the unopened meds back for a refund. They agreed. I sent everything back, got notification they got it. Told me they gave me a refund, they never did. Now I'm still waiting for them to refund me. I have a charge on my account, and zero credit in July on my account like they said. I'll include a screen shot of account on the date charged and the date they "said" there was a reimbursement. I know we had some fraud on a card through venmo, that we got credited that same day. Yet through All.... the transactions on the July 12, as claimed, NONE from them!Business Response

Hello our customer service canceled both subscriptions. Customer signed up for a subscription in January of 2024, we are unable to refund all orders as this order was placed online. We have no information showing that this customer reached out to us via email, chat or phone during the entire time they were being charged for these orders and attempted to cancel them. The customer also has their order under completely different information, email and shipping address, I was only able to locate them under the phone number. If they want to send back the last four orders that were shipped for a refund they will need to contact our customer care via phone or email at **************** or **************** Customer will need to obtain an return label and RMA number. In April 2024 I placed an order for a nutrition product which I received some days later. The company started a monthly subscription without my knowledge for the same product to be shipped to me each month. I do not want or need and further products from them. I tried to call and cancel, but I was on hold for a very lengthy time. So I sent an email, which they acknowledged saying they would proceed to cancel my subscription. This month, I still got an email about my upcoming shipment (which I thought was cancelled) and when I went to their website, I still have a active subscription. I do NOT want these products! After reading other complaints on the BBB site, I see that others have had the same problem. I want this subscription cancelled and want to warn others that doing business with this company is a scam to get you to spend more money without knowing it.Business Response
