  I have to give the customer Service an A+ Woke up in panic because I have my account blocked.Lo and behold the login Portal including anyone with an IQ above room temperature could see the route to remedy the problem. I did so. And then a **************** agent called to learn why I left a message, and even hung out while I shared my portal was excellent. For me as a customer. I am the word of mouth in re **********************

  Tax Rise Inc. was very helpful in getting my tax issue resolved. Their tax professionals were very knowledgeable, courteous, and good at what they do. I would highly recommend them to any one who may have tax issues and need some assistance.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! I reached out to them in April 2024 for tax relief assistance. The initial fee was $350 and I was told I qualified. Then my next conversation about the process resulted in an over $9k payment due to my tax debt which wasn't even behind. I was told it would be negotiated down to approx. $3k. The process took 3-5 more months than I was told. By this time I learned that because I was unemployed originally I qualified, but when they completed with this BS process which included asking for even more information than before, I was no longer qualified and that my amount was over theor threshhold. They knew that when they took my $9k!!! A lean has been placed on my primary residence. It gets worse! They claimed I didn't file 2019 and 2020 taxes. I provided the evidence I had and they simply said since they could not locate the transcripts with the *** then they had to refile on my behalf. Being unaware I agreed to let them do so. The worse decision ever!! It caused my assistance amount to be increased by almost $25k plus penalties. Then they had me to fill out some penalty waiver form to send to the *** to see if that could help me and that they would follow up. I have completely been ghosted. I'm now working directly with the *** myself and my new tax preparer to see if there are others ways to mitigate some of this debt, much of which I do not feel I owe. It is without saying the amount of interest you can accrue while they are "working on" your file is insane. I hope everyonewho reads this does better research on your issue and figure out a smarter way and avoid being scammed by this company.

  I paid $500 to Tax Rise for a case review. All they offered was a payment plan for my tax balance, with further costs to me. I declined and asked for a refund, and they never responded. I attempted to challenge the charge on my credit card and it was denied. Do NOT use this scam of a business.

  Hello, I am leaving a review about a tax resolution company that misled me about the results they could provide to help me with the worries of my back taxes owed. The company stated that they would search for the best program to help lower my tax responsibilities but the only result I received leaves me to continue with a payment agreement I had already made with the state and a agreement that has me paying the *** for the next 9 years. This not what promised in my initial consultation after my explanation of an experience I just went through with a previous tax company. I currently work reduced hours in the summer and health situations have me diagnosed with Persistent Depressive Disorder(PDD), along with 20+ other diagnosis all medically proven even a recent ************** on May 19, 2025. All I asked for was relief, instead I was provide with two more bills including paying for a state resolution that remains the same before I hired the company. I now have to figure out a way to not get evicted, pay the ***, the state, the tax company, maintain the bills I already had and attend counseling because my depression has taken on a whole new level thanks to the renege of the tax company. I am also legally disabled.
