I paid 7k for them to NOT be able to do my tax returns and tell me 5 days before it was due. Mind you they had all the info for 11 months, repeatedly asking or the same information, losing it, and reasking for the same information. During this time they did absolutely NOTHING to resolve any payments or ANYTHING with the ***. I was completely ripped off. Taxrise is a complete scam. However, if I don't make the payments, I ruin my credit. This place is awful. Do not get scammed by these pieces of garbage who do NOTHING for you.
