  I was hung up onhe said I was being mean. What a complete softie. I did nothing to this man for him to hang up on me. I wanted to cancel because I read the reviews of people who are working hard just to get by and do things the right way and still get ducked in the bass. This guy is there to collect a check not help people. None of them. He started telling me about a kids place (Disneyland) and how they have bad reviews but people still go. Whoopdiduckingdoo!!! Kept telling me that we have helped ****** people with their taxes. Again Whoopdiduckingdooo!!!! After that I still wanted to cancel. That didnt change anything, he didnt like the reason I wanted to cancel which was too many bad reviews. I knew I had a broken lightbulb when he asked me what about the bad reviews I stated to him too many and if you listen to me you can answer your own question. And boyyyyyy he did not like that. He said I was speaking down on him and told me to not to ever in my life speak to him like that like we live together of something. I pray our paths never cross. I like people that can handle the smoke But anywho! And thats when Mr *** hangs up on me. I called back and asked him did you hang up on me? He replied yesyou were being mean to me like a small fledgling. I thanked him for hanging up on me and then I hung up on him. Oh he did say he canceled what I started. Well see! If I see some suspicious activity Ill know where it came from. 0 stars for me

  tax rise scammed me out of money based off misrepresentation of the services they would provide me. they took $366.00 from me then told me that I had to open a $5100 loan at $400 a month in order for them to assist me with my tax problems.

  What a ****. Told us they were going to do all of this negotiating on the call, and after we paid and waited months for a resolution, the only way we knew that anything was done was a notice from the *** staring we entered into a payment plan- FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. We had no say at that point, so we paid them thousands to do what we could have simply done ourselves in about 30 minutes on the phone with the ***. Now we are paying a huge amount to the *** AND the loan for their terrible service. STAY AWAY.

  I am a customer, but they lack communication. And they didn't even qualify my financial issues before they submitted my plan . I'm still waiting on an updated plan, but as of this point, I don't know if they would be worth it because there was very little communication from them; and very little collaboration on documentation, and very little discusssion on how we are suppose to meet the requirements. I honestly feel like I'm on my own on this. I would like more collaboriation and communication, and detailed instructions. I want the Minute details that I am not getting.

  Absolutely the worst! Everything from being on hold with their phone system all the way to the case managers. Their communication is absolutely horrible and have been trying to work with them to resolve an IRS issue with ZERO results. They claim to have a A+ rating with the BBB, but based on my claims and files, they have done NOTHING but take my money. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with an *** issue. I can easily provide a timeline as well as specific names that I have dealt with from TaxRise, because none of them have followed up with my case and I have nothing to lose!

  These people took $500 from me and they didnt resolve anything. They tried to make get a 3100 loan. They dont explain all the details in the beginning. I been calling these people since last week about my refund and they keep giving me the run around. I advise no one not to fool with this company. They are not going to do anything for you. Its best to make a payment plan yourself with ***.

  They called me and told me there was important information about my account it was urgent to call him back, I call him back it says 0 wait time I wait for 20 minutes nobody comes on the line I call back they said 0 wait time I wait for another ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ two neither one of them work this place is a joke
