      Bought a car from Tuttle Click ******* with complimentary service included as part of the sale. Only problem is it is literally not possible to make a service appointment. I have called for the last 3 weeks, unable to get a service appointment and every single appointment over the next year is unavailable on their online service scheduler. I am now far past scheduled service and worried about damage to my car all because I have been unable to schedule service.Complete bait and switch, working to pursue further action. Files below won't let me upload videos but have a full video of trying to schedule service appointments

      To answer your question, l went to Tuttle Click, **** in ******, ** on 8/16/22, sat with ***************, he looked over my Jeep, took pictures of my Jeep, then drove my Jeep, to the Paint Person somewhere on the lot of Tuttle -Click, **** for the paint person to inspect it, he was with the paint guy for over 30 minutes !!! When *** came back he said, l would be about 2 about weeks, before he could get me in, plus it would not cost me anything, ( I have the Tuttle-Click, **** print out Work Order Receipt ), again he said, it is Jeeps mistake, for putting Steel Hinges on Aluminum Doors !!! " Well, it has been over 2 months, l have called him, ( *************** ), his manager, ( ******************* ), both promised me they would call me last Friday 2 weeks ago, to get me in !!!Nothing, l have not heard from anyone at Tuttle Click, **** I have called the Jeep ***** Number, for complaints and problems, they have a case number for me !!!!It is : ( ******** )The last case manger from *****- Jeep Number, email this email below on October the 1st, and I find it, useless !!!----------------------------------------------------------Good Afternoon,Due to inclement weather, we are expecting delays in communication for the next ***** hours. Your case manager will reach out to you as soon as conditions allow. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue working with your servicing dealership. Thank you for your patience and understanding.Regards,********************************* *************** ************* ---------------------------------------------------------I have never experienced the total unprofessionalism of what Tuttle-Click, **** has treated me !!!No regard of not getting back to me and now I have to make time by filing a complaint to the BBB to get my vehicle fix, it is just shameful, time and energy, I will never get back !!!Please HELP !!! Thank you !!!*******************************
