      Warning !!!!! Keep away of this dealership I took my car to check my air bag light because it was on and my car was still under warranty they asked me to leave my car there and 3 days later they called me telling me that the air bag sensor was damaged and my warranty couldn't be cover it when I came back to pick my car they charged me $ 225 just for nothing

      I would think twice about dropping your car off at ********** location of Tuttle. Click ***** I've had two different transmissions in my car in the last 6 months. The first one I paid for, the second one was warrantied without question. I'll give them that much. However, two times I get my car back and there are ***************** all over all of my floor mats. This time I go to change the oil and I noticed that half of the bolts holding my splash guard onto the car are not there. There seem to be a lazy bunch of people working at that dealership. Consumer beware!

      I have filed with the courts and BBB and States AG regarding this company. They took advantage of me as a consumer and violated many UCC and Consumer protection laws. My attorneys have found activity that *** be corrupt. My own credit card company did an investigation also. The finance company associated w them added hidden charges and also broke many UCC and Consumer protection laws. There is a petition circulation of customers w previous issues that will become mainstream.

      If there were zero stars I wouldve give them that! Worst customer **********************! Ive been in the car industry and I have never been treated so disgustingly in my life! This person *****, apparently whatever she was doing on her cellphone was more important than acknowledging a customer. We were like ok I guess well go somewhere else and finally ***** acknowledge us. We asked her what our warranty covers she looked at the computer and with disgusted face expression said oh you have the basic it only covers up to 50k or five years. We then said ok well this are the lights that are showing in our dashboard which it seems to be and electric problem since you guys change a lightbulb and it stopped working you guys need to fix that and I need to make an appointment for service ***** said well thats going to cost you $220 just to check what you have going on in your car My husband was absolutely in shock after he said but I already know that the car needs a service and the electric problem were the light is, so just for you to check you just going to charge me $220?? On top of all this.. This dealership apparently doesnt have enough maintenance workers/staff so for us to get an appointment it would be until NOVEMBER 20th!!!!!!!!!! This place is a joke. Last year same thing.. always trying to make money off of you!!!! Always trying to see if they can add stuff to your bill.Good luck to you guys and you need to change or do some training on your customer ********************** since they are the ones dealing with the public! I will never come back nor will suggest coming to this place for any business.

      Never use them. Car towed there at noon on Monday. Never did a thing on it all week, but had the nerve to charge ME $65 a day to rent one of their cars for 3 days this week. Interesting how they had time to fix it this Wednesday. The mechanic never even cleaned his greasy hands before opening the door. The car smelled like the inside of a repair shop.I told them the problem (80 plus year-old woman) as man at towing company said he has had at least 7 cars with this problem. Of course, that was the problem as the part cost $6 and a few cents. Total bill was $623 plus nearly $200 for the rental. Avoid Tuttle Click like the plague.

      *****,We are sad to hear you are unhappy with the service on your Hyundai. Your car was towed in mid-day Monday when our service department was already fully booked for repairs for the next couple of days. You did not have an appointment and your car would not start. Our service staff can only work on what we have scheduled. We had no way of knowing your car would be in for diagnosis and repairs. We started work on your car as soon as ************** was available to do so. It was your choice to rent one of our vehicles. We have rental cars onsite as a convenience to our customers. You are always welcome to use a different rental agency.

      On July 3rd, 2023 I went to Tuttle Click Hyundai for my scheduled oil change for my 2020 Hyundai Accent SEL. After the oil change I left and got gas and noticed my entire antenna had been sheared off. I went back to the dealer and told them about it. They said no problem and said they would order the necessary part. They even had video evidence of the antenna being clearly attached with the video on their ipad before it got the oild change. They later found the sheared off component due to their car wash. Fast forward to July 18th, 2023, and I call and try to find the status of my new antenna, but the Hispanic Female service lady tells me that i broke my antenna because there is glue around it. That's not true since you can clear see rivets where the antenna was sheared off. Going in on Thursday July 20th, 2023 to settle this mess that they caused. Don't do ANY business with ANY tuttle click ************ group.

      The customer spoke with our ********************************************* manager. Arrangements were made and he returned to service on 7/20/23 and had the antenna replaced on his vehicle.
