1 starSigned up with this group 6 months ago. I was told that if I made 6 months of bi weekly payments that I would qualify for an installment loan as long as I made all payments on time. Which I did. Stayed employed. Which I did. Did not squirt more debt. Which I did. After 6 months I was told upon their manual review that I needed to make additional payments because the lender would only loan up to 14888 thousand dollars. I was 1240.32 over that amount. So I made an additional payment of 1240.32 to bring the amount owed to where it needed to be. When the loan review was completed Guardian litigation sent over an amount of 17,642 dollars that needed to be borrowed and I was denied because of that amount. I have been lied to by Guardian litigation repeatedly. Before I started this process I had 100% payment history on all of my accounts. Never late I just had 23k in debt. They have allowed 9 accounts to go 5 months no payments at all totally destroying my credit at this point. Surely this has to be against the law. Despite never being called back when I supposed to be. Never given any proof they have even tried to contact my debtors. Guardin litigation is a total scam. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. Were sorry to hear that youre feeling discouraged and would like to clarify several important points.Our firm was retained in October 2024 to negotiate and settle your debtsnot to issue or guarantee a loan. This was clearly communicated during engagement, in your signed agreement, in your welcome materials, and again during recorded quality control and welcome calls. While some clients may qualify for a debt settlement acceleration loan, approval is based entirely on the lenders criteria and is never guaranteed.Despite your concerns, negotiations were progressing exceptionally well. By February 5, 2025just four months after you retained **** had already placed 42% of your total debt under settlement. This was achieved while you were only 9% into your estimated 44-month term, and those settlements were secured at amounts well below the projections outlined in your agreement.Regarding the $1,240.32 payment you referenced, those funds were not lost. They are being returned to you in full. Additionally, the fees assessed to date were significantly less than the standard amount based on the debts resolvedmeaning you received substantial value at a fraction of the expected cost.We understand how stressful financial hardship can be, especially when emotions run high and expectations dont align with reality. But the facts show that our services were working, and we were well ahead of schedule.
