1 starThis has not been the experience I was expecting. The monthly phone call you are supposed to get only happens in the beginning of the program. I have had to be the one to reach out. They say the only work with accounts that they have settled in the past but beware that is because they let everything go to collections where your creditors will list charged off as bad debt on every account. Also, if you have any remaining funds on the loan that are supposed to go back as a principal payment their idea of fast track is three weeks. Also, the bank that holds your funds refers you back to them to release the funds. It is not truly a separate entity.Beware and be careful of how much you are willing to deal with. The loan company also seems to be interconnected with them as well.I would give half a star. They last account they tried to settle that I ended up taking back they couldn't get under what it was originally at. There settlement offer was for at least $40 more than what the original amount was. Also, they work one account at a time, and they will not start on a second account until they receive your contingency for the first account in full. Make sure to ask all of the questions even ones you don't know to ask. Also no one is ever available to talk to that actually works on your accounts directly.Review fromJerry S

4 starsThings are starting to come together finally. With the everything going up in ******* because of inflation and gas prices it has been hard to stay ahead of things especially medical expenses. It is nice to see my debt relief starting to work in my favor. Thank you so far so good

5 starsI have had an excellent experience with Guardian. I have never experienced anything but exceptional customer service representatives who were always willing to help and quickly resolved issues. I am close to completing my time with Guardian and as I near the close I recognize the weight that was lifted during the past few years.
