5 starsI'm very pleased with how they inform me when they do a settlement. When I have called to get information on how they are working on settlements they have answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance in getting out of financial problems.

1 starSigned contract January *******. Rescinded contract on January 23, 2025. January 24, 2025 money was removed from account. Contacted the office was told a check would be mailed in 10 days. February 28, 2025, after repeatedly calling talked to someone who said check was returned for insufficient address. Updated address again! March 27, 2025 finally answered phone and told address was NEVER updated and now I am being charged to reissue and send check. Phone continues to ring busy, told they will call back, never happens. I dont understand how this company stays in businessGuardian Litigation Group

You retained Guardian at the end of January 2025, and your cancellation request was promptly processed on February 4th. No fees were charged by our firm, and your deposit was refunded.Weve confirmed that a refund check was issued by your savings account administrator, Forth Pay. However, we understand from Forth Pay that the check has been returned due to address-related issues something that can unfortunately happen in more rural areas or if the address on file isnt accepted by the postal service.We want to assure you that your funds are secure, and you are absolutely entitled to receive them. We encourage you to contact ***** Pay directly to confirm or update your mailing information, discuss alternative refund options, or discuss any fees they may have assessed due to reissued checks. You can also contact ***** Pay via email. Were also happy to assist in any way we can to help facilitate that process.Thank you again for your feedback.
