1 starI was contacted by them about a debt settlement program. I had been previously working g with another firm, and Guardian said they could take on a debt that wasn't being handled.by my previous program. However, I discovered that there were two debts that guardian could not handle, and decided to cancel the program before making the first payment. However, this morning, I found out that they charged me anyway, sending my bank account into overdraft status. I had to call in and make sure it was canceled myself.Guardian Litigation Group
