5 starsWe came to Guardian in December. We had akot of debt we couldn't keep up with due to circumstances beyond our control. They explained exactly how the program will work and the time line. Since December Guardian has settled 3 of our 5 accrs. Definitely ahead of schedule of wjere I thought we would be at in the 9 month period. Yes, your credit score will.go down substantially, which we were told in the first 3 to 6 months, but after that it goes right back up again a little at a time. Make your payments to guardian in time, have a little patience and you will see the amazing progress you will make that you couldn't have done in your own. Loooove guardian!!

1 starIf you havent started allowing Guardian to negotiate your debts, please take your money and keep it in your pockets. The fees are exorbitant and you pay them more money than you pay your creditors!. They always thank you for you payments but your creditors are still contacting you about your accounts!!. I paid about $3000 and $1600 went towards fees. Keep your money in your pockets and try making arrangements with your creditors!!.Guardian Litigation Group

Hi *******, and thanks for taking the time to review. To clarify, we did not charge you the full contingency fee we had earned (and we did not charge you anything until we had obtained settlement results). If you calculate the amount of the settlements we negotiated, including fees, our firms efforts saved you nearly $2,000 and over 20% of the balance of the debt and we werent done yet! Of course, anyone can settle their debts on their own. However, this task is time consuming, stressful, and complex for most people. Additionally, since our firm settles accounts in bulk, we are oftentimes able to obtain excellent settlement results for our clients, like we did for you. We can't guarantee that our settlements would be better than yours, but we can say that we have data about your creditors that you don't have, and we can attempt to settle multiple client accounts all at once with a single collector which is leverage in the process that you also don't have. It is unfortunate that you decided to cancel your agreement with us because your plan was progressing as anticipated. We were pleased to see that we settled close to half of your total debt within 6 months of being retained. In addition, the debts that we settled for you were negotiated exactly in line with the original estimate we provided to you in our agreement. 5 starsI think everything is going good except I have a concern I keep getting statements every month and they're still charging this high interest and I'm wondering it's the settlement having to deal with the interest to because the amount keeps going higher and higher and higher
