5 starsI just finished my program with Guardian. I am no longer drowning in debt. Plus, throughout the process I have learned so much about finances and credit.Guardian Account Managers called every month to update me on the status of my account. AND they were ALWAYS just a call away if I ever had questions. I believe that they truly wanted to see me get out of debt and start a new debt-free life. 1 starI was with gaurdian litigation for approximately 2 years. I found out that I could settle my debts better without them and requested an account closure and to have money they had be sent back. The agent stated that the account would be cancelled and that I would receive my money direct deposited in 5 to 7 business days. A week later I called to check on the progress and found out that the account was not cancelled. They apologized and stated they would cancel it and my money would be in my account in 5 to 7 business days. I asked specifically of it would be direct deposited as that seemed odd. Several days later I called again and they stated it would be almost 30 days and the check would be sent via mail. They said they would expedite the process. At this point in was pretty upset with the staffs complete incompetence and continuous misinformation and lies. 2 weeks later I found out the check still wasn't in process despite the supervisors assurance that it would be expedited. Basically they lie, and provide no real service. They charge you what you would save.Guardian Litigation Group

Hi *****, and thanks for your post. We sincerely apologize for your experience. Your cancelation was processed. The initial delay was caused by the necessity to wait for your creditor payments to clear; you requested us to hold your cancelation until this was confirmed. Subsequently, it appears that the administrator of your account, Forth Pay, denied the request to have your refund sent via ACH. We had initially attempted to expedite the refund by asking Forth Pay to make an exception to their refund policy and send via ACH. They ultimately denied this request, and their delay in responding resulted in a less than stellar experience for you. However, we were pleased to have settled several of your debts with a substantial savings, including a creditor lawsuit where we provided legal representation that also culminated in a settlement.
