1 starThis company is a joke.. They state they are on your side. Given a different excuse everytime you call in and talk to another person. When you call them out on not doing a job they said they will do they tell you all the reasons you are wrong. Not contacting the agency that is holding your account even after you completely fund the amounts that are owed to them. Give excuses and say they are not calling back. However when you call you get straight through to them and even call back to give them a direct line, Tell you after you pay off the loan you received to fund your account that even though you hold the paid off documentation they cannot personally pay you back they have to pay the bank.. Kind of like buying a car receiving the title then saying you don't own the car still. Now instead of settling the account for the amounts they state they will work on they only settle for less than 10% -.Guardian Litigation Group

At this time, nearly 90% of your enrolled debts have been settled at a percentage that is in line with our original estimates to you and we are finalizing your last 2 settlements now. We look forward to resolving the remaining debts for you ASAP!Your comments are related to the debt settlement acceleration loan which was obtained through a 3rd party lender. As part of that loan agreement, you agreed to have any excess funds after payment of your debts applied to the balance of the loan. After the loan funded, you wanted those excess funds to be paid to you directly. Our firm is not in charge of the loan funds and cannot direct them to be paid to you. Our management staff has explained this to you, with the most recent conversation taking place yesterday.
