5 starsAfter some unexpected medical and home repair bills appeared, credit card debt began to pile up and reach something that became difficult to manage. We reached out or assistance, and the representative(s) from Guardian Litigation Group did a thorough job of explaining the process (verbally and in writing) of how the program works and what to expect. Initially it is daunting, and certainly is a "leap of faith", but the process does work (but it does take time). Guardian was able to negotiate two of creditors within a very short while. The others followed along. Initially my credit score took a huge hit (but had been warned that it would happen). Monthly my credit score is creeping back up and is now much better (not great, but not awful). It is a long process, and it's a little nerve wracking at first, but paying by cash (or check) is a much better way to live than putting something "on the car" and dealing with it later.

5 starsI just finished my program with Guardian. I am no longer drowning in debt. Plus, throughout the process I have learned so much about finances and credit.Guardian Account Managers called every month to update me on the status of my account. AND they were ALWAYS just a call away if I ever had questions. I believe that they truly wanted to see me get out of debt and start a new debt-free life.
