5 starsFor 6 months I was wary about enrolling in a debt settlement program however, I am glad to have enrolled and am especially grateful that Guardian Lit is the settlement group. I agree with some of the feedback where the first few months can be rough when the debtors call multiple times a day. One of the creditors called my brother (not sure how they got his number). When I called Guardian Lit and told them about the call and the frequency of calls, they responded right away and the calls became less frequent and the one creditor stopped calling. I enrolled at the end of August and my first settlement came through in February. Guardian Lit has put my stress at ease and have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They are more than happy to answer questions and communicate well. I am looking forward to settling my 2 other accounts.Guardian Litigation Group

1 starI am in a program for debt consolidation with this company - my program was for 20 months - 401/mth for 20 mos to consolidate a pay off on 2 creditors- called today and theyve added 2 addional months to my program - wtf- is this company even legit - this 401/mth gas strapped me and was suppose to help me me get my debt down - how many other folks has guardian litigation been taken by this company???Guardian Litigation Group
