1 starThis company is a SCAM! The leads are all garbage. People who have already settled on homes. To top it off, they make it impossible to cancel, and they auto renew you even after you ask them not to. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY! They are also rude and refer back to the "contract" to justify every way that they s**** you over - almost like they take pride in how they worded the agreement to completely s**** you over. Bad leads, bad company, bad people working for them.SetSchedule

1 starSet Schedule is pretty misleading. I got a text from one of their reps and it said I'm a broker in Cali and I have referrals for you. Completly misleading. That's not at all what the call was about and I didn't appreciate being lied to to get a call on. At least be straight forward with your purposes then people can decide for themselves.SetSchedule

1 starOne star only because I had to. Nothing star about scammers! This company is a SCAM! I paid for one year of leads and never received a single lead in my zip code. NOT ONE! The leads that I did receive, not even in my area, we're all garbage. Not one lead even replied or answered a call, text, email, nothing. I told the company I was done with them and they renewed my subscription and charged me $1570 again! I am beyond upset and filing a compliant with the BBB today and everywhere else I can on the internet, including social media. It is so unfair that they can continue to take advantage of Realtors!! They deserve to be SHUT DOWN!!! Do not give them your money or time! I contacted support at your company months ago to notify them in person to not renew my subscription. They did not tell me that I needed to take further actions. Your company is a fraud. You failed me. You did not even send me 1 single lead in my zip code during the entire year I was in the program. Why would I even want to pay you for another year of no leads? Is this a charity?? Posting here so they actually see and hear me: Please email me my leads or text me their contact info by hand. I do not have access to your app. Therefore, I have no access to my leads. I paid your company another $1570 back in April 2023 and have received ZERO leads since then. I recently saw that you actually had a lead in my zip code. The first lead in almost 2 years, first lead ever in my zip code. I would like to reach out to that person. For $1570 I think you can take the time to send me the leads that I have paid for. 1 starThis company is a SCAM! The service presented is far from what I received. Do not waste your time or money. The salesperson did an excellent job of convincing me that the leads were vetted, verified, and plentiful in my area. THEY ARE NONE OF THE ABOVE! Stated the average price per transaction completed in my area was over $500K. Haven't seen anything even CLOSE to this. Wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is horrible. Promises of great leads and I have received the wrong numbers or info for people who aren't looking to buy or sell and have no idea how I received their contact info. 1 starWish I could give zero stars. This company is horrible. Promises of great leads and I have received wrong numbers or info for people who aren't looking to buy or sell and have no idea how I received their contact info. In addition, they send me up to ***** miles from my location to a buyer where price of property is $250K or even less. That's an insult. I purchased their services since October 2022 and made ZERO DOLLARS. Today is 3/24/2023. Their sales people are great on the phone, keep lowering the price and ask you things like "how many leads can you handle per day?". After being pressured, and now wishing I would have read the reviews first, I signed up. The salesman made sure that I will pay for their services upfront and in full....SetSchedule

Set Schedule never sent me leads, mostly seller's leads that I originally requested which is in 10 miles radius from **************. The salesperson assured me that this is what I will be getting. That never happened. I've been getting a lot of them about ***** minutes drive from my ******************** Price range of these leads were probably good for 2008 when market collapsed, 90% of them were bad numbers, bad email addresses and /or lead told me that they never asked for help. 1 star**Worst ******************** I've ************************* is full of BS! The salesperson did an excellent job with convincing me that the leads were vetted, verified and plentiful in my areas. THEY ARE NONE OF THE ABOVE! Something in my gut told me to check reviews before signing. I knew it was a 12-month agreement, but that's why I asked the salesperson could I get my money back if I changed my mind in 30 days. He danced around the question, but he didn't say the payment was non-refundable after the very moment I signed either. I pressed more for a direct answer, and he said they would attempt to fix any problems with the service first, but if I still didn't like it, they would refund my money. NOW every supervisor I've spoken with keeps pointing back to this supposed "Master Subscription Agreement," which was in no way presented on the contract I DocuSigned. It's somewhere else on their website I guess. The text message alerts are the most annoying because they direct me to leads that are outside my areas, and the phone numbers are mostly invalid. The few leads that I have actually spoken with either don't recall inquiring for an agent or they already did MONTHS AGO and have bought their freakin' house already! I was promised there would be tons of quality leads around my "Center Points" delivered daily. Why are there no phone icons (leads) on my map... except for further north in the *************** and inside the perimeter. That's not what I signed up for. If leads are scarce in my areas of southeast metro Atlanta, then I should have been shown that on the map beforehand, so I could have made an informed decision based on the facts. It's your classic bait and switch with these Set Schedule folks. Lastly, they make no effort to try to listen to your claim and refund your money, no matter the circumstances. No matter what you say or how angry you get, they don't care that their reputation is trash, and will not refund your money! THEY SUCK!SetSchedule

Funny, how after I've ready over 20 other reviews consumers have posted and that SetSchedule has so called "responded to," I see a pattern of responses that resembles that of a robot programmed with canned reply messages for negative reviews. This one to me was no different than the other 20 I read before posting my review. Terrible. Instead of hearing us, they rather keep our money and hold unhappy customers hostage for a whole year and watch their online reputation continue to dive. It says a lot about a company when they care more about capturing and holding customers' hard earned money and standing firm on the terms of their unfair contract just on principle alone instead of improving their product/service, satisfying their customers, and doing the right thing for those who were lied to on the phome by ambitious sales reps.Review fromMelinda D

Youd think by the number of awful reviews not only on BBB but anywhere you search for them on Set Schedule. The only think you were clear on was empty promises and omitting info so that you can take as much money from people as you can without actually coming through on your end with the wonderful leads you so-called provide. So keep coming at problem with your dumb documentation and statements but at the end of the day - youd think you change your policies if so many people are dissatisfied with your services. Trust and believe I will make sure every realtor or every forum is aware of your shady tactics. Maybe I can save them from the mess I and many have endured. Final point - your reviews dont lie. After being pressured, and now wishing I would have read the reviews first, I signed up. This was in December and it has been over 3 months without even one good lead! I have bought other systems and they can say whatever they like. This is the worst by far! Every month I get a call from them saying that yes, we can see your area is not producing leads, we will work on that. I just wish I had my $2000 back in my account! Total scam! If I operated my business with my clients like this, not keeping my promises, I would not have a business. Realtors are very hard working and when we are promised a system is going to work, and we trust and spend our hard earned money, that is what we expect, for it to work!!
