  We signed up with them in October of 2022 and they charged us $1700.00. There was no problem getting them on the phone for the initial payment. Since then, they' only allowed us 30 leads a month and we had to beg for them. They ignore your calls and will not fix the problems we've addressed. Most lead numbers are bogus and unqualified even people with no credit standings. Also we requested certain areas of the "Radar" and they stuck us with the same zip code for months. Now they have nothing on the "radar" and had the nerve to restrict the account. We paid for a membership and was guaranteed leads. Scammers and thieves. Why isn't something happening to stop them from robbing other businesses. they get no stars! but this sight made me give them one. Is there no regulation for this scam outfit?

  OMG...I just had a new phone interview with ********************* from Set Schedule. When I told him right off the bat that the program wasn't going to work for me, he just hung up on me. They do live transfer calls and I told him that wasn't going to work for me because I do not pick up phone calls when I'm with clients or at showings etc. He made a sarcastic remark and then hung up on me. If this is how they work can you imagine if I actually signed up with them...Shame on them...

  I cancelled this service less than 24 hours after I signed up for it - didn't even use it. I am requesting a refund and so far they are refusing to refund my money. A reputable company would issue a refund.I have spoken with S.V., the highest of all positions, and he personally said they would not be refunding my money becasue I signed a contract for 20% owed to them. He literally is trying to force me to use their platform and said I am not doing my job if I dont. That contract is invalid to me and anyone else using setschedule because yall do not generate leads for us. This company is a SCAM and does everything possible to take your money and not have to give it back. RUN from them and don't look back. I wish I could leave them zero stars!

  This is a horrible company. They fraudulently charged my card for a team and set up the account in one of my agents name. They would not speak to me regarding any concerns because they said I was not the owner of the account even though they had no problem fraudulently charging me ****** dollars. There has been no leads in 3 months. I have obtained an attorney and I am organizing a class action lawsuit against them. I have *************************************************************** *********, ** if you too have been scammed by this company.

  Set schedule has been a total rip-off. Ive been with them for 1 year in July 2023 I and have had no sales. As a new Broker this was an investment that didnt pay out. Set schedule promises to provide an unlimited amount of leads initially and then you must request leads in groups of 30. These leads are all recycled and most are bad numbers, already purchased or completely incapable of buying. If you would like to challenge my complaint I suggest a company representative go through my book of business audit and try to reach the customer for proof. I have made contact with about 10 leads out of thousands. I am reporting this company to the BBB and will pursue further action if my original investment is not returned in full within 30 days.

  This was a giant waste of time and money. The leads are the worst I have ever had to deal with. I guess the full automation leaves zero discrimination to the quality of the leads. I am a top producer and thought I would give this a go but it is really an absolute waste of time and money. They try and put it on the agent for not closing, but you cannot close garbage leads, which are at best not even at the level of garbage.

  I would choose zero stars if I could. Lies and empty promises. No leads, waited over 2 years. Now I get a new salesperson texting me nearly every day trying to get my business! Horrible company, do not use lead service! They harass you via text message.

  Horrible company. They said they could deliver leads in my area and failed!! The leads they sent were all bogus and just wrong!I cant even give this company one star Was a true scam!!

  I would seriously like to give this company less than 1 star. This lead company is a complete waste of your money. They have been telling me for a year now that they will supply me with more leads in my area after I paid over $1600 and have asked for a refund a dozen times. No more leads were produced.I was just told today that that amount I paid was for one year only and that they will not produce any additional leads or extend my time with them. A good portion of their "leads" have no idea that they signed up for anything related to real estate. Waste of time, WASTE of money, their customer service stinks! I had a call today with one of the founders, ***************, who basically told me to F-Off.

  I hired SetSchedule in January of 2023. When I was working with the salesperson, he explained that it was great that I was one of the first in my area because I would capture all of the leads and they would begin purchasing more in my area. Unfortunately, they put in a request for leads in your area and explain you may not see a change for 2-4 weeks. I was willing to wait for the leads to flow in because I really needed to close just one lead in order to make back the money I paid and I was promised 100. I set a call with the company at 5 weeks and had to explain that I was still not receiving leads in my area of practiced business but was being sent leads ****** minutes from my office. 3 hours away is not my market and misrepresents me and the client. So I met with them and explained that the leads were not of quality. They then put in a new request for leads in my immediate area (takes 2-4 weeks so I set a call for 5 weeks). Same thing. So now I have accepted 22 leads. All horribly out of my radius of business and of terrible quality. Some leads are working with other agents, leads are months old. Today, I received a lead and when I called her within seconds of receiving it, her response was, "I wanted to see that property months ago. I have been working with an agent that I have buyer agency signed with." When I explained this to the manager of SetSchedule today, he told me it is my job to continue to nurture that lead and convert them. That is illegal in *********** and quite honestly, unethical. He then told me to take the leads that are 2 hours+ away and to try to get them to buy closer to my area of business that I practice in which would be steering and again unethical. He insisted that their successful agents do this all the time and it should not be a problem if I too want to be successful. So do not purchase/sign-up with this company. You are waisting your money, you are working with unethical company and would be better off using your money elsewhere.
