  This company is a complete scam. No valid leads, no leads in our territory. Multiple of the "leads" that answered the phone have purchased over a year ago. This company is completely unethical and knows what they are doing. I tried reaching out in June to figure out why there are no leads in our territory even though the 5 meetings we had previously stated we would have leads in our area. Come SEPTEMBER, I finally get a call back and a scheduled meeting. It took 3 months for them to contact me even though they say they have 24/hour service. The only reason someone contacted me is because I posted on the agent wall that this company is fraudulent. They deleted my post and banned me from my account because it "goes against their policies". Do NOT pay them.

  This company is a scam at best. I paid for leads on 6/20/22 and received no valid leads. Quit even responding to them after awhile. I was given no notice of renewal to charge my credit card for the $1766.00 again. They charged it again 06/29/2023. They won't respond to any way of trying to communicate with them. I have contested it with my credit card. They give no phone numbers but I did send an email to them today at ******************************** to cancel my 'membership'. I am even going to cancel the credit card so they can never pull this again. I hope anyone that is thinking about using their service ??? read these reviews first and save their money.

  This company is nothing more than a scam. As Im reading through these comments. I orgingally cancelled my Set Schedule in the Month of March 2022 because I was dissatisfied with the leads. Most of the leads were not accurate as they stated and furthermore most leads had not even asked to be contacted about purchasing real estate. Some leads did say that their number was hacked and lots of lead services were calling them and very annoyed. I noticed that my account was charged again in August 05 2023 for $2474. I have called numerous times, emailed, and even texted the number, left voice messages no one is calling me back to help correct this situation. Disputiing this charge with my credit card.

  I can't even give this company a single star. Except they (BBB) made me. I wish I had gone on here prior to allowing them to take my $1,500. I had asked if there was anyone else in my area on the platform. Yes I was told. What I wasn't told is the person was another realtor from my own office. They ignore text and comments online. I was told spread my area out. I live in the mountains and for me to go past a certain mile radius I end up driving down the mountain for a total of 40 minutes to over one hour. The few leads that were up here didn't own the home any longer and were angry I had contacted them. This company also has people who send text and want to "connect" via what's app. So many scammers here. I am sure the success rate is lower then 10% If I wanted leads I could have cold called on my own. They don't deliver what is promised. I will defiantly contact my credit card company to NOT ALLOW them to charge me again.

  If the website would let me leave ZERO stars or one half star I would. Set Schedule is a scam. As a **** Estate Agent Set Schedule is a complete joke taking advangatahe of people. They are supposed to give you REAL leads, instead they give you random people names and phone numbers who aren't even looking to sell or purchase a home. Before purchasing the product OVER the phone, the repesentative and his manager guaranteed a FULL refund if not satisfied, I even got it in TEXT however, when you sign up, they throw in a all sales are final and no refund can be given in small text. Scammers! I'm in the process of disputing the charge and letting everyone in REAL ESTATE not to fall for this.

  I am a real estate broker and I had my contract renewed and my credit card charged by Setschedule even though I sent them a cancellation notice two months before the due date. Their excuse is that you sent the cancellation to Support instead of Billing. However, their agent confirmed that he had received the email but did not do anything about it because he does not have to. At the same time working with Setschedule has been a nightmare. I got crappy leads some as old as 6 months, no reply or response to my numerous calls and emails through out my time with them. A horrible company to deal with. They do not provide the leads nor the service they promise and take your money and run. They have horrible business practice and most probably illegal. I am not using their non-existing service and they have my money. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money on them. Look at all the complains on this site and so many more sites. They are all the same and testify to the business mal-practices of Setschedule.

However, on 05/26/2022, you again signed up for another Annual Gold Membership plan.   I am a real estate broker and I receive unwanted sales solicitation text messages from Set Schedule on a regular basis. They come from a different phone number and different representative every time. I have responded to these messages and asked over 30 times to have my name and number removed from their marketing database. They will not remove my number. Bad business practice, probably illegal as well since I have asked repeatedly to remove my number. I selected a one star rating because selecting no stars is not an option. They are a ZERO in my opinion.

  Pitch is lead generation. Wasn't told I have to **** for my own leads. Was told my money won't be refunded since I have leads that I can select from but neglected to do so. I said prove it and show me where those leads are. He couldn't and said that they would not refund me the upfront money I paid since I only want warm leads. So desperate and unethical.

  After speaking with their sales rep I signed up. I was promised warm leads very similar to the leads I currently work. I told him that I was not interested in working cold or old leads. He assured me they were not and I was the only agent in my market. The leads are horrible and not as described. The addresses that people inquire on have been sold months ago. The phone numbers are bad. I tried for days to get customer service to contact me. They are not willing to refund me. This company is a SCAM!!!! The leads they provide are cold and seem to be recycled . I try their live connections and they always say I missed by this much. I cannot believe I have been scammed!!! I made it very clear if these were the quality of leads I did not want them, they are liars.
