  Horrible, no communication, took $3000 of my money and I can not reach them.. Only the concierge department and they escalate your call and NO ONE responds to emails or phone calls. They need to be shut DOWN!

  I unfortunately had to learn the hard way that paying this joke of a company any money is a total waste. When I signed in 12/20/22 I was promised qualified leads - what I got was recycled leads, leads that have been in the system for months, sold and resold to others. I've worked with and closed leads with other lead service companies... in 10 months I have yet to close or even get a truly qualified, able to buy lead.I also joined because they promised support - per my contract I was to have a "Dedicated Premium Agent Success Consultant" . Let me tell you, I have reached out for support through phone, email, text only to be brushed off or not responded to, for months. I also was promised per contract to be able to have my leads replenished: "Accelerated Lead Replenishment Agent *****" - once again when the time came to have them replenished I was ignored. 3x I requested through the website to have them replenished, every time I was left unanswered or told thru email, buy this one and the next will be free.... I had to call in again and this time luckily someone answered and their response was please fill out some thing and we can replenish you.... ************ is promising things they DO NOT deliver. Id stay far away from them! I lost $2000 with these clowns.

  I got the perfect lead from SetSchedule. I have seen many negative reviews here. But I don't know how to get quality leads from the schedule. At last, I'm benefiting and not wasting my $2000.The first time I ordered them, I got few leads from them, and this time I got 15 more leads. I didn't expect that this would be perfect leads.Thanks

  This company is very dishonest and practices inaccurate sales tactics. I spent $1776.00 on their no refund contract. I found out through my mentor that they are a highly dishonest company with more terrible reviews on sites I wasn't even aware of. I immediately tried to cancel my contract and was denied. I had my financial institution dispute it as well, through the "buyer's remorse" avenue, but their contract language appeared air tight. I don't recommend anyone try this service. They are not legitimate at all. I canceled my credit card so they can't auto bill me when the anniversary date comes up.They would rather have a hostile realtor using their services than to refund and make everyone happy. I am willing to listen to anyone filing a class action lawsuit against them, and I haven't even used their services because of their unfair practices.

  We request anyone considering partnering with SetSchedule to commit at least 1 year to the program. Given the process for locating and converting prospects can be months, which might not even include the amount of time it takes to finalize a real estate transaction, we believe that a minimum of 1 year is necessary to truly maximize a partnership and evaluate its potential.
