  Hi All, sounds like all but the renter who found a place with SetSchedule, have had basically the same experience as myself. I agree with all that everyone is complaining about and it appears it isn't getting any better. SetSchedule hides behind a contract and a program that doesn't deliver as presented. The reason no one can get a hold of them, is because you are being directed to their call center in ***************, not in the states. My personal beef with them is that I let a membership expire and didn't formally cancel it, so they took out another $1600, with no apologies. After roughly 3 weeks of trying to get someone on the phone to get this refunded, I found myself talking to 2 of their ********** representatives (*** and ******), that said that they don't refund, never have refunded and my only option was to work the horseshit leads that are in short, as you have all described. The purpose of my review, is more directed to the 155+ Realtors who have complained and give us a corse of action to consider, that I am personally going to pursue. SetSchedule, as a company, can treat us the way they do, as they really have no skin in the game with having to address these complaints. The only one who does, is their Broker of Record for SetSchedule. A broker that I have personally tried to reach out to, who still has not responded back. This Broker, is how they are able to do a referal agreement and who also answers to the CA DRE, as recgardless of what SS has outlined as a company, their Broker still has a Fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of their clients, their clients being Realtors.With this said, I encourage you to write the ** DRE about their Broker.   We want you to know that your complaint and feedback will give us the chance to resolve any problem that *** occur and assist us in making our services better. 
  
  As per the terms of agreement with agent and associates, the Annual Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated June 13, 2022 calls for a 1 year marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule *** decide to terminate the agreement which is why we dont issue refund.
  
  "Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date)."

  I was told that I would have a personal representative help me set up the system. I watched the webinar and followed the directions to a T. The platform wouldn't even let me fully set up my profile to recieve leads. I call the sales representative 3 times. He first said he'd have someone get back with me, then he said he would call me at 9;30 on the next day. I never recieved a call. You aren't able to speak with a human. Their chat bot is totally worthless. I haven't even gotten any leads, but then started reading reviews and now understand this is just a scam. Don't waste your money or your time on this company. Dummy me, I didn't read the reviews until too late.

  ****. They got me with the rope-a-dope as well. Promised verified leads for a set fee plus a commission on closed sales. Been working the system since July 2023. Its now October and all the leads are trash. All leads have closed on their home months to years ago. Myself and agents have been working leads daily for several months now without a single "good" lead. I'd warn anyone thinking about this company to stay away. Customer service doesn't exist when you try to contact them and the only option I have is to cancel the subscription on their site. Bottom line is unless you need a tax write off only there are no benefits to working with this company.
