  I am having the worst experience with SetSchedule. They promised me leads, I paid $2k and now I have yet to receive any leads after almost 5 months. It looks like larger cities do well, but I am in a more rural community. I have asked for help, I have requested supervisors to call. Nothing. I am so frustrated.

  I have spoke to several of your account managers. I have requested supervisors to call me to resolve this. You suspended my account due to my post stating I needed help.. I still have NOT received any leads in my area. Your representative made promises your company have yet to meet. In my opinion he was fraudulent in getting me to sign up. I would like to speak to someone in upper management to resolve this issue.

  Im a Realtor. I receive their text at least twice a day and I ask them to please stop. Ive also called their 888 number and have asked to be removed but they dont care, they keep texting. If anyone knows how to make them STOP, please share. This is beyond annoying!!!

  They got our money **** and promised a seller lead that was hot just waiting for us to pay up. We did never got the promised lead and none if the leads given are vetted even the ones that say they are verified turn up to be a years old. I am sorry we paid and was told there is no refund and we could cancel our renewal in a year but since we have paid already just keep try. We have and nothing good has come from it. Our friends in the business have been getting leads from zillow direct and have been closing these monthly. This company totally misrepresented as a quality lead source from multiple source like zillow and realtor and there own. All of it is bad or old source data being out dated or bad contacts such as ******** phone numbers. A joke. There needs to be a class action lawsuit for fraud against this company. How do we get that started. I am at least looking at the small claims process now.

  Company Blatantly Stole 3k from me! I told them the only way I would sign up is if their system worked a particular way, was assured that it did, and less than 24 hours later in onboarding was told "I don't know why someone would tell you that the system works that way". Wouldn't refund my money. DON'T TELL ME THAT INTERNET LEADS ARE HARD / FRUSTRATING. I am by far my county's largest zillow and realtor.com advertiser with full time admin / ***** and all systems setup for us to close deals from internet leads. We have it to a science, except for paying for this terrible company. ******************* and *********************** (No longer with the company), I hope the commission was worth it, and I hope you have trouble sleeping at night knowing how bad you are scamming hard working people.Don't give me the stock answer of working your system for a year. There is NO TYPE OF SERVICE IN ANY INDUSTRY THAT WOULD REQUIRE A YEAR TO CONVERT A LEAD. I closed my 1st, 3rd and 5th zillow lead. Your company is terrible and should be looked at by the ***** of ******** in fact, I think I will dedicate my waking moments to getting justice for so many people! Also, don't tell me anything about my account, because you don't have that info - stop lying

  This a fraudulent company. During my recorded call, the salesperson told me that all their leads are vetted and qualified. All of the leads I received had wrong numbers and/or emails that do not exist. The one person I did get a hold of was another realtor. I asked for a refund based on them giving false information about the service they provide and was denied. I would never use them and I am not sure how this business still exists.

  I am quite familiar with how leads work as I have been in *********** since ****. During the recorded call with your representative I explained my dissatisfaction with the quality of leads I received when I purchased them one time in the past. That's when he told me that your leads are vetted and qualified. That is the reason I agreed to pay $2,000. I have asked for that recording to dispute this charge and you will not give it to me. I have consulted with an attorney that states that I have a right to that recording. I feel the only reason you won't give it to me is because you know that it will prove that your representative clearly gave me misleading information about the service you provide, aka fraud. I know that I am not alone in this as there are hundreds of reviews similar to mine. Please refund my money and stop taking advantage of hard working people.

  This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with in real estate. They buy leftover leads from people inquiring from years ago on different sites and charge brokers an arm and leg for nothing. They take advantage of hard working people and make it seem like they are actually selling something. I can't believe they are allowed to be in business with the things they have done to me and brokers in my town.

  An absolute scam. I have been unhappy since day 1 with unfulfilled promises. Tech support cannot 'fix the bugs' they say they'll fix, the product they showed me at onboarding (after the sales process) was COMPLETELY different than promised. I have logged my complaints in writing, via several phone calls. I'm 2.5 months into arguing with them.I have been promised OVER AND OVER again that the issues will be fixed. The company REFUSES to issue a refund, even though they admit they cannot provide the service they promised. I am out SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars. They unprofessional person that I spoke with today tells me, "we have a no refund policy." BUT YOU LITERALLY DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE PROMISED.Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. Total scam.

  DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!! ************* they send are not legitimate leads. I ask to cancel 3 weeks after signing up and they said money is nonrefundable!!!! I got burned, sucks!

  This company is all lies!! A total scam- complete Fraud!! They are literally stealing from their 'customers' by promising a service and then NEVER delivering! I signed up for a year of leads and have received a total of FOUR leads in the last 5 months, none of which amounted to anything- two of them were non-working phone numbers. I have called the company many times and the answer I get is "we are working on it". Just recently I spoke with a gentleman named ******************, who is supposed to be a VP of the company who responded to my lack of leads with "I'm not sure when you will get more leads, it takes as long as it takes...." Had that been the conversation I had when signing up for this service I never would have- absolutely ridiculous to think anyone would spend $1800 for an answer like that from a VP of the company! I have repeatedly asked for my money back for not delivering the service that was promised and instead I get another offer to "fix the problem"- which will never get fixed because these people are a total scam! Currently, I am locked out of my account b/c I posted on MY platform that this company was a scam which means I have now paid for a service that isn't even a service! And still they will not give me my money back. Can something PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be done to stop these people from stealing more?!?!?!?!
