    Date of transaction 7/14/23.Paid $2721.00.*********** leads.The leads are not actual leads but just random names and numbers of people who are not in the *********** market.After initially getting very few leads they company made some changes to my profile and the number of leads increased but they quality of all of the leads was not good. After a second complaint the leads increased dramatically but once again all of the leads were not good. I have spoken to the company about my concerns and the quality never improves. Most leads are bad phone numbers and the few that are good numbers are not actually in the market for ***********. Order #*****.

    I have rated the leads consistently since I started the program on 7/14/23 as bad on all accounts and the quality has not changed.  The few times I actually speak with a lead they have no idea why I would be calling them since they have not been looking to purchase Real Estate.  I have reached out to several other Realtors using the program and they have expressed the same concerns.  
    I would like to request a full refund of my purchase price or a minimum of 75% returned to me of the 9 of 12 months left on the one year subscription and to end the program immediately.  The program is not delivering the leads I have paid for and I feel I am due a return of my money.

    I have been in sales my whole life and in the *********** business for ten years so I understand the process of converting leads.  The problem is Set Schedule is not providing leads, they are providing names and numbers that if they are actually correct the person I speak with has yet to be in the market to buy or sell.  This business is a scam and it is sad they are taking advantage of people like they have with me.

    On May 24th, 2023 Rose from SetSchedule reached out to me via text to see if I would be interested in receiving buyer and seller referrals for a 20% referral fee. I did not respond so she texted me again on May 29th via text. I agreed to have a chat to learn more. On May 30th, sales rep *********************** had a call regarding the services SetSchedule offered. He promised DOUBLE VERIFIED real estate leads in exchange for an up front fee of $1,497 for a one year service. I did another call with him on May 31st and signed up that day (account #******. I did the onboarding call and set up my account as they directed me to do in order to receive the double verified leads they assured I would be receiving. Nearly 2 weeks went by and I didn't receive not even 1 lead. On June 13th I reached out to ***** via text to please contact me about my account. He did not respond so I messaged him again on June 14th. He said he would have my account manager reach out. 2 days later someone called me that person said I should be receiving leads daily and said that it was alarming that I had not been. On June 20th I requested to cancel my account (via text to *****). He gave me an email address to contact which I did. Yet another customer success manager reached out to me after that via phone and talked in circles about the platform. Magically that day I received 5 "leads" on the platform and instantly called every one of them only to find out that NOT ONE of them was even remotely interested in buying a house. I do not understand how they were "double verified" or even verified at all. Given the poor customer service and lack of providing what they promised, I requested a refund only to be denied. I have yet to ever receive another lead since that day and it is now September 18th. They offered yet another "optimization" call to try and solve the issue; however at this point I've had enough of those. It shouldn't take that many phone calls for them to do what they promised in the first place.

    Worst company! Never paid them or signed up for anything, and they call/text weekly. all their reviews are bad, cant talk to anyone who can take me off their spam list, and sends c*** texts every day and i call back and noone picks up. When i call the 800, they say they take me off their horrible list, they send texts about referral service, than it transfers you to some crazy customer service center where they barely speak english. terrible company and not sure how to get them to stop contacting me

    Signed up for referrals from Set Schedule, was promised **** actual closings from vetted leads. None of my leads are valid, just angry people that didn't sign up or contact them about property or the number isn't even valid. None of the leads are legitimate!

    I have reached out numerous times to report these bogus leads, since March 2022 with no luck or true leads! If you look on their comments other realtors have the exact same complaints! I've taken photos of these complaints. Everyone is stating the same issues! Once in a great while someone post they have a successful lead but who knows if that person is real, seems it comes from the set schedule staff

    I purchased Set Schedule back in May of 2023. I purchased three zip codes. They promised I would get leads from these three zip codes. I received about 6 since that time and they all were bogus. I want a refund of my money. I called them several times and they said they didn't have many leads from my zip codes. If they had told me that in the beginning I would not have purchased. They told me they were good leads. Obviously they are not. I am extremely upset as I invested this money thinking I would get a return on my investment. This company should be shut down. *************************** ************. What can I do about this?

    Leads are false, phone #'s incorrect, incorrect emails. I was told these are verified leads. They are not. Before hiring this company the senior sales manager ***************************** quoted me all kinds of leads as he told me he was reading them off his computer in my market area which turned out to be false. There is none. I had called the sales manager back serval times and sent him many emails. No response. There reviews are false on line. After digging deeper this company has been sued and many bad reviews on real estate agents getting scammed.

    I have called the company twice in the last week and no one has called me back.  I'm having tech issues and this isn't the first time they never called me back for tech support.  The platform is designed to provide leads and connect immediately to the buyer, not once will the system connect you to a live buyer.

    An employee of the company named *************** is extremely rude and very unhelpful. Promised and quoted 700 leads and has yet to deliver any. Basically a bait and switch program is the scam they are running.

    They misrepresented the type of leads that they were selling. I was told that their leads were verified and the person was aware that I would be calling. They totally misrepresented their product and are trying to charge me for an additional year. They intentionally have it so its almost impossible to cancel.

    I am an experienced, well respected Top Producer in ********** real estate for 20 years. I signed up for SetSchedule in July 2022 to bring more leads into my group of agents I was mentoring. When they dropped out, I worked the "Leads" myself. By November, every lead I had reached, (most were unreachabel, wrong number and email,) were not interested in selling or buying. They were confused as to why I was calling. They asked that I not contact them again. One woman told me the sales person who had called to solicit her business made Me look bad & unprofessional. Shortly after that, the site wasn't working properly and every time I tried to claim a lead, I saw a warning screen that someone was trying to steal my information. I was on many calls with Setschedule support & finally the issue was fixed. By March I was fed up with the bad/fake leads. I asked to unsubscribe. I was told I could unsubscribe, but I was still *********** the rest of the leads I had "bought". I spoke with support at least 8 times over the next 3 and a half months and reminded them several times that I would not continue with their service once my leads were up. (I was told that I had unlimited time to take and work the 100 "leads" I purchased.) Never once did anyone I spoke with explain that to cancel, I needed to email, not call, one specific email address. On July 27, 2023 I was charged another $1650 for ANOTHER 100 "Leads". When I asked them to reverse the charges and cited the emails and calls I had sent, asking to cancel, I was then told that I was not eligible for a refund b/c I did not cancel on the special email address. Furthermore, it was pointed out to me that I had agreed to an auto-renewal when I signed up the previous July. The representative from ******** ************* was extremely rude to me and told me there's No Way I can have a refund. I looked online and their website was not even in operation. Isn't there anything I can do to receive a refund from this scamming group?

    SetSchedule DOES NOT make any guarantees or representations as to the real estate agents ability to close transactions. These variables are solely in the hand of the real estate agent who represents themselves as licensed sales professionals.

    Regarding the renewal process, as outlined in the Master Subscription Agreement, you have the option to stop the automatic renewal of your membership by reaching out to SetSchedule through email at *********************************** Requests to cease renewal must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days before your membership's annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date. This is also indicated on the invoice you signed on July 27, 2022.

    This is not a matter of not working the leads, this is a problem of very poor quality leads that have not been vetted. Most of the leads that were sent to me didn't have valid contact info. Of the ones that were valid, they had no idea why they had been targeted by this company as wanting to sell. I was told by more than one person to never contact them again. One woman said this company makes you look so bad. Their calls are harassing and you should discontinue working with them immediately. She said she was going to report the incident. There was one lead with credit was so poor that they could not purchase. I did not receive any leads that could be nurtured into a sale. I was promised leads that would be thoroughly vetted with accurate contact info. The leads were supposed to be people who were ready, willing and able to buy and sell. This isn"t the case. I believe it is a scam to take our hard-earned money. I have been calling people & doing business over 20 years in ********** as a top producing realtor. I know how to handle leads & how to nurture. My nurtures typically take 1-5 years. I understand it is not instant. But I must have interested parties with valid info to pursue helping someone. The icing on the cake was that I had told the customer service Representatives on numerous occasions that the leads were bad and I would definitely not be continuing their service once my 100 leads were used. Not one of them mentioned what I needed to do to cancel. Even when I sent a cancellation request, after 2 days I received a response saying I had missed the deadline for canceling and if I wanted to cancel there was one special email I had to notify. This is not consistent with what I find with most marketing companies.  I believe it is structured to make it very difficult for people to cancel their subscription. Any one of those customer service Representatives could have helped me cancel when I said that was my intention to do so.

    I still maintain that I was mislead and vital information I needed was not provided.  No one has reached out to me from this company since this dispute began, even though in the response to BBB it states that customer service will reach out to me soon.  I expressed my desire to cancel my subscription multiple times and Set Schedule did not direct me to the only email I needed to do so until it was too late, after they had charged me for another year of fake, worthless leads.  Most of the time the leads they send do not have valid contact information provided. What Set Schedule sold to me was "Vetted Leads" that were to already have had the contact information verified.  That is not what I'm getting.  It was very duplicitous of the representatives to withold the information I needed to cancel until after they charged me again when they knew I wanted to cancel.  I made this very clear on at least 5 occasions over the course of 8 months.  They should not be trusted.

    Date of transaction was 7/13/23. Salesperson, ***************************, described service to be provided regarding vetted real estate leads, commission split, etc. When Agreement sent for signing, it did not outline any of those services. It is a one page document. A video appointment was made to go over leads specifications, and that appointment was not kept by anyone. When I finally reached someone, on a Friday, I was told that what I had been told was very inaccurate. I was then told I would be contact by phone the following Monday at a specified time. That call never came. Subsequently calls, emails to any address relevant or phone number given were not responded to. Contacted bank to stop payment but it was too late, and after they did their "research", they said they had to charge it back to me and to contact the company to handle the dispute. More calls today resulted in reaching someone in ***************, and then someone in the *********** ***** Finally got the name of the ***** , *****************. Number for "headquarters in ******" was called and ultimately told they would refer the message to him. That handling such matters is not in the job description of ***********. Their message claims they want to give "5 ************** ********************** "offer real solutions", "Just Ask Approach", "Unbiased and valuable answers"...NONE of this is true. I am going to be 89 years old and could not afford the $1776.00. I feel really stupid for buying what that slick salesperson (who they say is no longer with the company) was selling me. I join the hundreds of agents who have been scammed by this fraudulent, criminal, immoral outfit.

    The "response" letter sent is a form letter they send to every Complaining person. I have read all the reviews and responses are

    identical. One of the reviews referred to how many times they attempted to cancel, and that they were charged another $1700

    one year later that the Complainant could not get reversed. They are a scam per  100% of the reviews. Not one review was

    even remotely positive. Everyone states they do not provide valid leads; IF ANY!  Several said the leads provided were 

    actually other Realtors! The **************** they refer you to for assistance stated they "only handle buyers or sellers"; NOT

    Realtors! The people I finally got on the line (after trying for hours) told me they were in other countries and would refer our

    concerns "to headquarters". I finally got one to tell me the name of the *** in ******, **********, and when I called there, I

    was told he was not in. Realtors...this is a scam....They are good at marketing it, and have been ripping people off for years.

    The training scheduled NEVER TOOK PLACE  They did not sign on or call as scheduled and did not respond to any calls or texts or emails. This response is a cookie cutter response that was sent to every complaintant who submitted reviews.
