    9/19/23 - Entered into an agreement with SetSchedule in which I would pay $898 for which I would receive real estate leads, access to a success code and warm hand referrals of potential real estate clients 9/21/23 - attended virtual onboarding class to learn about how to use SetSchedule. During this class I reported that I did not have the 'referral radar' option available within the app. I was directed to a tipsheet on setting my career as a realtor. I followed those steps and still did not have access to the referral radar. Sent in screenshots showing I did not have access 9/21 - 11/2/23 - multiple phone calls made to SetSchedule and can never reach anyone but a recording and leave voice messages. I have had 2 customer care reps reach out and still have not been granted access to the referral radar. Nor have I received any leads from SetSchedule 11/2/23 - I had an appointment scheduled with a success rep at 12 PM Central. At 11 AM, I received a phone call and was told that my appointment was then and they were waiting on me. I joined Zoom and received message that the host would join soon. At 12:30 PM, still no answer. They are unreachable and uncommunicative

    My purchase occurred on 8-23-2023, in the sum of $1,200.00. The ***************** that I am a member of is ***** (*****************************) Their contact info is **************. The cities I provide service to and have access to the *** are **********, **************, ******, ********************, ****** and ************. I was told that SetSchedule would provide good quality leads, however they only send leads that are outside of where I service like *****, ******* City and ********* which are over 100 miles away or 2+ hours from the area I service. I am on the Gulf side of ******* and the leads they send are on the Atlantic side, which I have no access to the *** and cannot provide service to customers all the way over there. I am not getting the service I paid for, I am still disputing the charge with my credit card provider. They grossly misrepresented what they were selling me! In fact during orientation I emailed them as soon as I realized the areas were so far outside of where I work, and requested a full refund immediately with no response. I have called numerous times, with no response. I am just requesting a full refund, as this service was grossly misleading and misrepresented.

    Please reimburse and cancel the payment made yesterday of $1497.00. The subscription sold to me by ***************************** was conducted through fraudulently misrepresenting information. He stated the leads were screened for buyers who were ready to purchase homes within a 30, 60 and 90 days time frame. He also stated that any lead who is not interested in purchasing a house within that timeframe, would not be given to me. I would be given leads that were active and ready to go purchase a home. Every single lead I have gotten expressed an interest in a property that is not even on the market for sale. They are not even currently listed in any MLS system. When looking these listings up on the county property appraisers office, most had been sold over two years ago. This is deceptive and fraudulent. Please cancel my order as of today 10/20/23 and reimburse $1497 to my account. Please refer to the attached receipt.

    The business does not address the fraudulent misrepresentation their Sales agent ***************************** said which led me to believe I was receiving **************** who had recently contacted SetSchedule & were ready to purchase homes within ******** day timelines.  Could we request the recording of my conversation with the sales agent as proof? 



    The company response does not address my request for a cancellation and funds to be returned. I have already evaluated the misrepresentation fraud.   I would like a full refund and an immediate cancellation.

    Another concern I have is doesnt this break the law?  The ******* & National Do Not Call registry, FTC & FCC have laws regarding the time frame of 3 & 18 months from date of contact & service provided (respectively) in which telemarketers can make calls if someone is on the registry.  IF the leads are over 2 yrs old and are on the National Do Not Call registry wouldnt this be breaking the law?? How is Set Schedule verifying if their old leads of several years ago are on the registry?  If they fraudulently misrepresent their services to me, then I could have been breaking the law without even realizing it.  Is SetSchedule breaking the law by providing their real estate agents with out of the time frame contacts? I would like a refund and an immediate cancellation.

    Each address below belongs to a contact with their name and number.  Each address is an inactive property & CAN NOT BE FOUND for sale on the ***.  These are the addresses I was sent by SetSchedule. If SetSchedule were required to give the phone call registered dates & time stamps this statement would be verified. 


    This shows Set Schedule did not provide me leads that were interviewed and ready to purchase within ******** days. There are many hundreds of addresses which are all inactive on the **** and over the National Do Not Call list registry timeline requirements.  


    In addition, immediately after I emailed another complaint to SetSchedules support system stating the addresses the prospective leads they were giving me were not active on the *** & the properties sold years ago, they changed their computer program so I could no longer receive the specific addresses.  From then on out, I was only given the name, #, & city of my prospective leads.  If they were not guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation, then why did they need to remove the addresses from prospective leads?

    AGAIN- I would like a refund and an immediate cancellation.  



    The properties were sent to me by Set Schedule one day after I signed up.   When I spoke to two of the prospective leads, they  told me that they made contact with SEt Schedule over 2 years ago. When I looked up these addresses I found they are not even listed on the *** as active for sale homes.  The prospective buyer was interested in this property when it was on the market years ago.  When I looked up the home sale date, they were mostly 2 or more years ago.  I was told by ******************************* SetSchedule would be sending me **************** looking to buy homes listed on the *** & they were pre screened through an interview process which determined they were ready to purchase a home anywhere between 30, 60, 90 days by ******************************  These properties are not listed on the ***.

    Recap-On a recorded line most likely, SetSchedule salesman ******************************* state :  

    Part2-update on previous complaint submission for support from BBB On 10/19/23, I was told by *****************************, that all the leads I was purchasing would be screened, and the buyer would would be ready to purchase a home within ******** days due to the companys screening process. I was told they take buyers off the list who are not ready to purchase, and they nurture them until they are. Once I began receiving leads, I quickly realized the address each prospective buyer indicated they were interested in, were not even listed as an active sale on the ***. When checking them against the property appraisal office I found each interested prospects address had sold over two years or more ago. I even had a customer tell me they were interested in that house over two years ago. The company was selling me dead leads that were over two years old. Five out of five leads were over two years old. The appraisers office was showing them already sold. Immediately I filed a complaint & asked them to cancel my subscription. I called ******* back to let him know whats going on. Over the phone he looked up each address the prospective lead was interested in and found they were indeed over two years old. The very next day after I spoke to ******* and filed my complaint, requesting to cancel my subscription SetSchedule began sending me leads without the street # or name. From that day forward, all leads but one ( which was active) still do not have complete addresses. SetSchedule knew if I couldnt identify the address, I will not be able to look up and find out how old the Lead was. This is misleading and fraudulent misrepresentation . ******************************* ************



    Part 3- SetSchedule did not provide active leads as stated.  The very next day I called to cancel, & ******* said I needed to give it more time.  I called back later in the day after reviewing over 10 prospective leads to find they were all inactive.  So I called and left a message with ***************************** to cancel my subscription & to provide me with the procedure on how to cancel if he could not do so over the phone.  He never returned my call. That evening after receiving more inactive leads, I wrote an email through their communication setting and requested a refund cancellation due to fraudulent misrepresentation because he refused to answer my calls.  I did leave a message requesting a cancellation but he did not call back.  After sending an official email through SetSchedules website, they again did not call me, but sent an automated response which did not address the issue.  The cancellation request was not reviewed by their department. In addition, I was not give the full details of any policy cancellations when signing.  I was not told about them. I was not given access to the website to review them until after I purchased the real estate leads.

    Order #*******-40a9-aab5-a16cbe7b836 I signed up for *********** leads on August 18, 2023, with reprehensive ***************************** promising me 4 seller leads per week. Upon signing up I realized they are using the same leads I receive through my company RE/MAX *********** and Realtor.com. I called, texted and emailed Representative ******* on August 21, 2023 requesting a refund that I was cancelling within my 3 days right of recession period. He has not bothered to reply to me! Please have them return my money.

    I signed up for Set Schedule last year. At first it seemed like things might work out as leads were coming in. These leads were all fake. Out of over 100 leads only 2 people responded and they had no idea why they were being contacted about real estate. I made several attempts to work with the company to get better leads and nothing ever came of it. Over the last few months the company has become impossible to get ahold of. I left multiple voicemails, emails and text messages. They WILL NOT respond to my communication. I stated that they did not have permission to charge me for any further services. After ignoring all of my attempts to reach them they attempted to run my card. Luckily I had gotten a new card and it did not go through. Throughout this time they continue to send texts to get me to enroll in the program. It is absolutely outrageous. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!

    Dear Better Business Bureau, I am submitting a grievance against SetSchedule due to incessant and unwelcome communication, with particular focus on the conduct of ***************, Director of ************************* whose behavior has been particularly concerning. Despite my numerous attempts to stop any form of communication from SetSchedule: On May 20, 2021, I specifically requested *************** to stop emailing me. By September 18, 2023, I had to insist again via text to be left alone. On September 19, 2023, my message remained clear: I did not want further communication. On October 5, 2023, out of sheer exasperation, I addressed another unsolicited message. It was during this conversation that *************** not only brushed off my serious concerns but made deeply inappropriate remarks regarding my cultural identity. ******************* behavior is emblematic of a larger issue within SetSchedule an alarming disregard for basic customer boundaries and a sheer disrespect for personal rights. His audacity to make culturally insensitive remarks further amplifies the negligence and unprofessionalism present in his interactions. On October 6 at 7:00am, ****** persisted to reach out. While this complaint directly addresses ******************* behavior, it's crucial that the leadership team at SetSchedule is made aware and takes corrective action: *****************, ***********, *******************************, *****************************, ***********************, ***********************, *********************, ***************************, **** Bay-***************************************, *********************************, *******************, ***************. The Better Business Bureau's intervention is crucial.     On 8/22/2023 I spoke with ***************** re: receiving qualified leads from Set Schedule in return for 20% commission when and if the properties closed. I was told that these leads were pre-qualified, that I would be able to see what the person was looking for before accepting a lead and in return, I paid $1766 for 50 premium leads. Since that time, I have received texts that leads were available but I had to accept the lead before I could see name or qualifications of the client. I have accepted 6 leads since then, none of which have returned my calls, texts or emails. On several occasions, I have received a text that a buyer is on the phone and when I click on it, immediately am told that someone else has already taken the call. I should have read the reviews of all the people who have fallen for this scam. In addition, there is no way to reach the company directly and no cancellation. It also appears that this is a annual renewal which I was told nothing about and do not know how to cancel.

    I still feel like these leads are just being picked up from anywhere and are not people who are seriously looking for a realtor. I feel misled in what I was told about the prospective leads. I think this company has a lot of information in writing to make it appear that it is serious but from the reviews I have read and my experience, it is a sham.

    I tried to deal with this company. I paid them $1700 because they promised quality leads. I try to call them and nobody answers. If I do get someone on the phone they are from another country. But the worst thing they did is to charge my card for another year of crappy services. I asked them many times to cancel their lousy service. They charged me for another year. They did nothing but give me fake leads for a year. All of the leads were trash. Literally trash. And now I have no way to get my money back . They are trash. Please dont ever use this company for anything ever!! They will just steal your money.

    I signed up for this one time and canceled within 2 months, asking them to place me on their DO NOT CALL list as I was formally revoking their permission to contact me. I turned off all notifications as well. I then receive at least one text solicitation weekly to sign up for their services as well as at least one phone call weekly also asking me to sign up for their services.

    My complaint has nothing to do with notifications from your app as I already uninstalled it months ago. This is about your telemarketing sales team incessantly calling me weekly to ask me to resubscribe and pay for more services and fake leads. I get multiple sales calls and texts from your company weekly and would like SetSchedule to not contact me as I have already revoked your right to contact me. I dont need a response telling me what I need to do in order to resolve my complaint I just would like SetSchedule to stop contacting me and remove me from your outside sales list permanently.

    A representative from SetSchedule reached out to me last week regarding their lead generation program. I told them I do not sign up with companies with up-front charges. They said - no problem we'll call you next week. They called back and wore me down to the tune of $898. I requested this be canceled - and that was within 24 hours of signing up. No one will call me back to confirm the cancelation and the refund of my money.

    nothing has been resolved -and they have still not refunded my money. I requested the cancellation on 9-26-23.  Where is my money?

    This company is claiming that they do not have to refund anything. ********.

    I am getting a private attorney and investigator. This company is full of liars and thieves and they need to pay.
