As i was looking into lead generation companies for realtors i found Set Schedule. Spoke to sales person. Sales person promised to deliver 100 quality leads of people interested to buy homes. Put of those leads about 90% were fake numbers or people who have never inquired about purchasing a home. This company has tremendously failed to deliver what they promised. I think i am *********** a refund of money paid for those fake leads.Business Response

I contracted with this company back in late September of this year. The leads are not what was promised. I thought it was me at the time, but now realize that there are several complaints. see below:****** REALTOR at ***************************** Experience Realty I purchased them in a package I have 70 something leads only one call back nothing so far.******* They ****, I got a one (a lead) yesterday that was not vetted, has no money and poor credit.****** Run away as far as you can from this platform.****** Do not pay for this package. I have not received a single valid lead since signing up on 2.28.23.Main compliant is the leads are not good. some complain they are over a year old. I have not seen any lead come across for ****** **. since I have been on the platform, yet I get options to select a lead in Ciaro, ** over 178 miles away. ****** should be the center point of my leads. I am supposed to get elevated replenishment of leads, but last I submitted for them it was only 30 leads. I was under the impression it was in blocks of 100. There is no way I would have paid this much for only 130 leads. I have already selected the 130 leads so what I am to do for the next 7 months, since this was an annual contract.The training videos on the platform are over a year old. I have been a member for about 2 months now. Every single lead is either not legit or really OLD and no good. I just got off the phone with a lead that says she bought a home 2 YEARS AGO, so her inquiry had to be from back then. I have not talked to one single lead that is any good. Every single one falls into one of the following: 1. Number doesn't even work, 2. Person answering says they are not that person, 3. Person answering says they did not ask for help and don't need it, 4. No answer, or 5. They answer and say they requested help a while back, like 2 today - one requested help 2 months ago and doesn't need help now and then the one 2 Years ago. ************ for "half price", which is still a lot! But, many pay more than what I did and all of us, if by some chance get a lead to work will pay 20% of commission on top, but it doesn't look like I will ever get that far. This is ridiculous. They KNOW this is going on and they continue to be able to stay in business. The lead I took that they texted me was labeled as NEW, so they had told me those are the freshest because they are picked for me and that one was the one that was 2 Months old! So, their Newest lead for me is that old and no good anymore!!!Business Response

I am a realtor and paid $2000 for leads through set schedule. I was promised 100 leads . They do not operate in my ************ are very few opportunities .They neglected to tell me that when I asked . All the leads that I have received are fake . The people who answer are confused & say they did not sign up on any real estate platforms. I am not sure where they are getting the leads from . One person was a realtor. SetSchedule is a scam. They sold me using a PowerPoint presentation online that they didn't send me a copy of because that would have made it too easy to go back and specifically point out all the promises that were made in the pitch that they failed to follow through on. In it they explained that they would provide me with prequalified leads that they obtained through credible third parties such as Zillow and Realtor.com. But instead the vast majority were from subsidiary organizations of theirs like SetValue and BEX Realty that were absolute junk. If I ever did actually get a lead from Zillow or Realtor.com it was 100 miles away and under $200k. I could have bought leads directly from Zillow and Realtor.com without having to pay a referral fee on top of the lead fee. But I was led to believe that if I paid them to prescreen them, then I could spend all my time selling and closing, and not have to nurture them indefinitely in hopes they turn into a real buyer. Also, I was told that my lead allotment would be exclusive to me, but instead every hot lead I was sent was a "jump ball". Even when I had my phone up to my face as a new lead came in and instantly clicked the "accept" button, it would deliver a message saying someone beat me to it.I called SetSchedule multiple times to explain to them that what I was getting versus what they promised me were two completely different things and asked for a prorated reimbursement for the lead allotment I paid for but hadn't used. But in each case, even after escalating as high as I could, all they would do is tell me that the contract stated it was not refundable. But that should not apply when they fail to deliver the service they promised. This is a business that is knowingly fleecing realtors with a scam instead of providing a legitimate service. The evidence is overwhelming with the number of complaints and negative reviews. I don't know how they are still in business.Business Response

9/19/23 - Entered into an agreement with SetSchedule in which I would pay $898 for which I would receive real estate leads, access to a success code and warm hand referrals of potential real estate clients 9/21/23 - attended virtual onboarding class to learn about how to use SetSchedule. During this class I reported that I did not have the 'referral radar' option available within the app. I was directed to a tipsheet on setting my career as a realtor. I followed those steps and still did not have access to the referral radar. Sent in screenshots showing I did not have access 9/21 - 11/2/23 - multiple phone calls made to SetSchedule and can never reach anyone but a recording and leave voice messages. I have had 2 customer care reps reach out and still have not been granted access to the referral radar. Nor have I received any leads from SetSchedule 11/2/23 - I had an appointment scheduled with a success rep at 12 PM Central. At 11 AM, I received a phone call and was told that my appointment was then and they were waiting on me. I joined Zoom and received message that the host would join soon. At 12:30 PM, still no answer. They are unreachable and uncommunicativeBusiness Response
