    The prospects are not qualified at all! They are either not looking for a house at all or are not qualified at all! Only one responded back and he said "get back to me when the market crashes" I did try to educate him but he was not willing to acknowledge.

    And April after going over my business forensics on my finances, I realize it Set Schedule charge me for another year. I was told originally that I would not be charged until I used up all of my leads which I think were a little bit over 100 leads for the initial year. I still have 98 leaves To Use And I never received that unauthorized payment for another year back into my account. I wanna make sure that I am not charged for a third time when I havent even used up the leads from the first time. Additional leads were not added when phones were taken out of my account without authorization. There is no customer service number and all I can send is an email which Ive gotten no response on.

    I was not told I would be automatically be charged when talking to the representative when I signed up.  I was told I would only have to pay when my leads needed to be replenished.  Since I have paid again for the service in  March 2022, why do I have the same number of leads as I had before that payment was made?  Why were my leads not replenished?

Our record shows that on the first year of your membership, you have taken 26 out of 100 leads. Since we did not receive a cancellation request, your premium membership was renewed on 3/24/2023 with a new set of 100 Priority Leads.

    The docusigned invoice states that cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term.     I received a phone call from this company and they claimed to be a lead generation platform for Realtors. After speaking with them in detail about their product, I agreed to sign up for the service. They claim to generate "verified" leads looking to buy or sell real estate. However, none of the leads are real. All of the properties have either already been bought or sold in the past, or are just completely bogus addresses. The phone numbers tied to the leads are all unsuspecting citizens who have no idea how I got their phone numbers. Nobody from this company will return my phone calls, and I only receive generic replies to emails that I have sent about canceling the service and getting my money back. This is a complete SCAM!

    This is completely unacceptable. I am not "frustrated" with the internet leads at all. What I am concerned with, is that the leads are not legitimate. I have tried to contact ****, my "Agent Success Consultant" numerous times, and left numerous voicemails with my name and phone number to discuss my concerns, and nobody has called me back. I simply want my money back. I would even be willing to pay the standard allotment fee for the "leads" that your company has provided me with up to this point, but it's only fair in return, that your company refund me the difference because I am in no way, shape, or form, satisfied with your product.

    this company is a complete scam. not one word was true and not one lead was real.

    Set Schedule has not performed per agreement dated 12/1/22 (copy attached). I paid them $ **** for at least 100 leads during the year 2022 and they have not sent me any leads whatsoever. On 12/1/23, they charged my credit card for another $ **** for another year which I did not agree to. I have tried numerous times to call them and they will not return my phone calls. Attached is a copy of an email I sent them on 12/15/23 with no response from them. Anything you can do to get all or some of my money reimbursed would be appreciated. Also, if you can help take this company out of commission so they won't scam any more hardworking people like myself it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for anything you can do.

    I understand that I signed an agreement that lets Set Schedule rebill me for another year.  However, they are under an obligation to deliver something for the $ **** I gave them initially on 12/1/22.  For this money I purchased services I did not receive from Set Schedule.  They agreed to give me 100 leads during the one year period and you have not delivered any leads to me. Please let me know what leads you have given me over the course of an entire year (2023).  And then you have the nerve to bill my credit card for another year of services you do not have any intentions of fulfilling.  I am willing to allow you to keep the first $ **** and consider it a ****** well learned that there are "crooks" out there scamming people out of their money for NO Services rendered.  However, I do want reimbursement for the $ **** you charged to my credit card on 12/1/2023.  Does the agreement I signed that you would deliver 100 leads to me not mean anything?  How have you fulfilled you obligation to me? 

    Please advise.

    Set Schedule's response was that I should schedule a phone call with them which I did, however, this matter is not important to them and they scheduled for for a phone conversation on January 30th at 11:20 a.m.  which is approximately a month away.  Apparently, companies like this can get by with anything.  I am 75 years old and I feel like they have not delivered what they promised.

    I purchased a lead generation service that promised verified leads within a specific radius of my community. Since I paid for my service, I have received zero verified leads. The leads I do receive have inaccurate contact information or no contact information.

    The transaction occurred 12/13 when the company charged my debit card again after having ignored my past communications with them to state my dissatisfaction. After hearing how displeased I was, not a single 'customer success team' representative encouraged a solution nor did they state that a notice is needed to cancel my account that I was told over the phone was for a year's duration and not under an automatic renewal. I am more than irritated that this company is impossible to reach unless they are selling you more of their leads that are absolute dead ends. Not only that but even after purchasing with this company last year, I continued to have people from their ****** screen numbers reach out to me and try to sell me the same product no less than ************************************************************************************************************************ continuing a relationship with them, which I think at that point was pretty apparent was going to be a 'no' after the conversations that were had with the customer success team representatives. They could simply refund the charge that they imposed on my bank account and make it right.

    I am a realtor and paid $1295 for leads through set schedule. I was promised 100 leads . They do not operate in my area are very few opportunities .They neglected to tell me that when I asked . I notified them and they said there would be enough in my area. All the leads that I have received are fake . The people who answer are confused & say they did not sign up on any real estate platforms. I am not sure where they are getting the leads from . They said that there would be leads that are vetted first. This is not the case. I just want my money back .

    SetSchedule has not fulfilled their end of the agreement. I paid for 100 leads upfront that are to be replenished when I reach zero leads and the replenishment is supposed to be ****************************************************************************************** sold their home within the last 6 months. SetSchedule has failed to replenish per the signed agreement and have not provided the lead quality that are a part of this agreement. I am supposed to be receiving leads warm transferred to me and I have not received one lead like that. I was told by a customer service rep after several attempts at making contact with them, that I had to wait 3 more months in order to receive warm transfer leads. That is NOT in the master agreement that was signed. Nothing in the agreement says that I had to wait 30 days to replenish leads and nothing states that I would only receive 30 leads as replenish each time going forward. My account is now restricted because I have voiced the lack of service and the seemingly scam they are running, as they have no fulfilled the terms of the agreement that was paid for. I am asking for my account to be restored and that they fulfill their end of the agreement, which includes accelerated lead replenishment.

    I signed up for service with SetSchedule to receive real estate leads. However, every lead they sent me is already used. They have not been vetted. The some leads are two years old.
