I signed up on 2/22/2024 for the Premium package for $2025.00. I immediately knew after the "onboarding" meeting that was prerecorded and gave little to no useable information that I had been scammed. I have been in *********** for 7 years and have used many referral programs. This one is making me look like a telemarketer, not a professional. Two of the "so-called" leads they gave me where very angry that I had gotten their cellular phone numbers, so clearly these "leads" are not done by consent of the consumer.Not only did I receive unreliable leads so far, I was sent a message from a "buyer", who turned out to be a scam in the end. This was a tremendous waste of time for me and discouraging that I am paying to have my own information sold to other scam artists. Setschedule.com I was contacted directly to sign up for a 20% referral business lead generation system. The sales rep named *********************** said that there would be qualified leads no cold calling and that they would be tapping in the clients directly to me through a phone call system. The leads are not qualified. They are definitely a bait and switch scam system. I signed up for the onboarding training with ****** and he no-showed on the training. The few leads I did try to contact said they never filled out anything. Did not honor cancellation when promised I would not be charged again. They charge my card another 1800 and said I wont be canceled until next year so they got $3600 out of me in all. I agreed to the first 1800 but I made it very clear right away that I did not want to renew in the very beginning I called and sent emails and then they walked me through how to cancel and told me I was good and I saw a message on my screen you have successfully canceled. It told me I would have access for another day and a half and then I would no longer have access. I agreed it kept asking me. Are you sure are you sure yes, I agreed it told me I was canceled Next thing I know, I see it charged on my credit card immediately I look at the account it says active. I had a lot of communication with them throughout the year they knew I did not want to renew they basically stole $1800 from me.Business Response

Not only did I request in writing multiple times via text and e mail over the course of the year, I was directed to cancel on line through the app and I did that on Jan 2nd my screen said I had successfully canceled after asking me if I was sure I wanted to cancel multiple times. I regret trusting this company. This company has now blocked me from part of what I'm paying for because I'm warning other agents to be careful. Answer me this, why would anyone renew on a service that provided ZERO VIABLE LEADS? not one, why on earth would I pay you all another ******* when I'm still paying off the first ******* and had zero closings. I would also like to note this is the first communication back from this company, I have been calling and e mailing every day, they finally sent me one e mail with a phone number no one answers or replies to the messages. I have spoke to many unhappy agents that have had a similar experience, there is even talk of a class action law suite, so I'm not the only one. You may get away with stealing my money like you have so many others but you will never keep me from sharing my experience with as many people as I possibly can on a daily basis on multiple platforms! And that my bad business company, is PRICELESS!!!

I purchased a Premium Subscription for real estate leads last April. As part of this subscription, I am paying to have unlimited lead allotment. I've been requesting lead credit replenishment for 2 full weeks now, and have filled out all of their requested forms. Still nothing. I am disappointed that the business made no reply to you. I did end up getting a response from the company myself after weeks of trying, ran into more issues with them but am fine for the time being. I've had nothing but issues with this company since subscribing last April. I anticipate more issues will arise before my subscription cancellation in April. I would STRONGLY encourage BBB to investigate this company further and make sure other consumers know that this company does not offer what they promise, and what their contracts say. I am very disappointed.

I paid for "qualified" leads for my real estate business. Every referral given was the wrong person, an invalid number, or even numbers on the national "do not call" list. Completely inaccurate product description and fraudulent business practices.Upon attempting to cancel my account I was given invalid URLs to "schedule a call" to cancel my account. On 1/23/2024, I was charged the subscription fee to this business. Even though I had called the business months prior to the renewal date and told them that I did not want to renew. I finally got a hold of someone once I had to call a random person at the business and he added me on an email. Before I signed up to use this company, I specifically asked if it doesnt work out can I get a refund or partial refund. The man said YES. I wanted to make sure that was correct before signing up. 1 month later, I plan on leaving the real estate industry. They will not refund me my money back. I explained how I was never told that but because I signed the dotted line it means otherwise. I said they need to work on better communication and make sure realtors know this before signing up. He didnt seem to care. ********* Is his name of the individual who wouldnt help me. All I went is my money back. In July 2023 I signed up for a one year membership and paid Set Schedule ~$1400. In return they promised to provide me with verified real estate leads. They also promised support in getting these leads to the closing table. It is now January **** and I have not received a single verified lead. The contact info is usually incorrect. I have had a few leads that asked for real estate assistance over 3 years ago and Set Schedule is just now sending them as a "new, hot lead". I have only received automated emails and texts from Set Schedule. I have not had luck with speaking directly with anyone until today. The person today told me that she would pass my issues on to the "backend", but there would be no follow up with me. I mentioned the numerous complaints on the BBB page and she told me those are only filed by "unsuccessful agents". I did ask for another call in a month since she also stated I should be getting monthly support calls. A call was scheduled. I feel this company is charging real estate agents for leads that they know do not exist.Business Response

Hello,I am asking my complaint to be reopened. The generic response sent by Set Schedule did not resolve any of the issues. I am still receiving real estate leads that are several years old, have incorrect contact information or they are unresponsive.Unfortunately, I didn't receive an email stating that Set Schedule had responded to the complaint and therefore I was not aware I needed to file a disagreement.
