    Sat through a call with their salesman, who talked at length at the number and quality of leads we would be receiving from them. They mentioned lots of other teams having success with them, so we decided to give it a shot. Their model was $5,000 for hundreds of leads, plus we pay them a 20% referral fee if we closed them. He encouraged us to sign up for a bunch of credits, and I think overall we ended up with around 1000-1500. After we signed up, we found that there were maybe 5-10 leads per month, and almost none of them were in our areas of business (where they said they would be), nor did most even have correct information or working phone #'s / emails. They had fake and artificial transaction volumes on there, and the few we did get ahold of hadn't been looking to do anything real estate related in years. Completely lied about their service, what it offered, and then were completely unhelpful to try to help us make it better.The salesman also told us they offered a money back guarantee if we weren't satisfied - and they would not honor that information. They hide a master contract inside of their contract they have you sign so you don't see the awful terms of service. Then they also renew your service without telling you, and state you have to give them 30 days notice before the billing period renews. Not only that, but they increased the price of their service an extra ***** dollars without any warning.

    We have reviewed your account and the invoice for your membership which was signed on 10/28/2022. Both Master Subscription Agreement and the docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term. Since we have not received a cancellation request 30 days prior to the membership's anniversary date, your account has been renewed with the same membership fee reflected on your invoice. As per the signed invoice:

    "You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at *********************************** Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).

    Your cancellation request has been received yesterday (15 May 2024) and was processed by our billing team. Your premium account is set to expire on 10/30/2024. After this date, your account will be a starter account.

    While we wish you had a better experience, we appreciate that you took your time to share your frustrations in order that we can improve our product.     You guys advertised that your services would provide live connections as well as enough leads for us to use our credits, and you guys have not even come close to those promises. It's one thing to struggle to hit a goal, it's another to take all of the money, completely miss that goal (achieving not even 10%), and then still take the money and lock your client in to another year long commitment. When someone promises services and then refuses to deliver on those promises, that constitutes fraud, and trying to hide behind a sneakily inserted master contract does not make it okay. If you didn't understand the Tulsa market, or couldn't deliver in this area, that's understandable, but charging us for not being able to deliver is not and we deserve at least a partial refund.

    We did email that we were very unhappy with the product a few months after being a part of your program, and no one reached out or responded to us at that time to address our concerns. It was never made clear to us by anyone that we need to cancel through the crm a month before the renewal and we would be billed.

     

    We couldn't be more unsatisfied with this product. You guys get a 20% referral fee for any closed deals, we would be happy to be paying you if the leads were producing any results or were any decent leads at all. Our center points have been set correctly since day one, and out of over a hundred different leads that have come through most have been incorrect information, frustrated that we reached out, or not anywhere near being able to do something in real estate. It's be strange, because the moment we say we are unhappy, suddenly more junk numbers show up, and that's what we have looked at and accepted leads again to see if we had made a mistake or were wrong in the beginning. 

     

    After failing to fulfill your promises and deliver your service, the least you guys could do is cancel our account and give us a prorated refund, if not refund us the entire year.

    4/4/2024- texted me offering me "referrals". I had a conversation with the representative that I would receive a "live transfer" 3-5 times/week. I agreed to these terms. I have not received a single live transfer. They also have me set up for ********, when I made it very clear I live in and am licensed in ****. They told me via email to change my settings. They should have set me up correctly to begin with! I gave them a list of cities I would like leads from. None of those included ********! I have also had health issues and have been unable to practice real estate. Mostly due to the constant predatory salesman who contact me trying to sell me fraudulent services! I am financially going under and my anxiety levels have skyrocketed and I can't deal with any of it anymore. I had a relapse of my multiple sclerosis and have not been doing well.

    I received a call from a rep at Set Schedule who I felt pushed and coerced me into buying their product. For all of the documents they had me sign, I was not given any time to read or review these documents as I was told to just sign while on the phone. Feeling pressured I complied, and after getting off the phone tried to cancel my membership, to which they refused. The same day I went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. It appeared that one of the documents I was blindly lead to sign was waiving my right to receive a refund. I feel that this is not only poor business practice but unethical as well.

    When I connected with Reps from Set Schedule they said the same thing, just keep with our program. My issue is the nature of which I felt pushed into the program and wasn't openly guided through the details as opposed to rushed through them and don't mind the fine print, which is the nature of what happened. I was not informed that the program was non refundable or explained the documents I was instructed to Docusign while on the phone, just that I needed to sign them and keep going. I didn't have an opportunity I felt to make a weighed decision, so when I got off the phone I tried to undo the rushed process, to which I was essentially told 'too late'.

    The response from the business asked for 'Additional information' please feel free to forward my messages explaining my concerns to the BBB to Set Schedule. I felt pushed and unethically guided to signing documents without proper opportunity to read or understand the contents while on the phone with a Set Schedule representative. They were pushy and I felt I couldn't make a weighed decision while on the phone. When I went to cancel that same day once no longer on the phone, I was denied by Set Schedule, Requested a refund and denied, and am here with the BBB wanting a business to honor it's customers' satisfaction or lack there of when coerced into signing an agreement with a company.

    I signed up for a lead program via Set schedule and have never been given access to one lead. The amount of leads promised was a lie and I have been reading about similar complaints from other customers so I know Im not alone here. Just wondering why this company is still in business and why ** having trouble getting my money back from such an organization.

    My Set schedule sales rep promised high quality leads, promised leads in my desired area, promised live transfers via phone. Set Schedule failed to deliver on all. The leads are very poor quality. Over 90% of the leads have not been in my desired area.In 11 months, I have received only 3 live calls. I missed the first call, the second and third calls I answered immediately - on the first ring- and both times a recording said sorry - another agent has received this call. There should have been significantly more than 3 live calls in 11 months and I question whether there was even a lead on the call as it was not possible that anyone else answered before I did.This company is a scam.

    This scam artists are blowing my phone up any and all hours of the day. I say no a thousand times and get different phone numbers calling me from the same place. I said no I cant have middle men in my real estate business. If they dont leave me alone I will lose it or snap. No one deserves to be hassled like this

    On January 29th, 2024, my wife and I signed up for the lead-generation service with Setschedule. They told us they wanted to set us up for success. They took our $1,500.00+ and we haven't heard from them since. They set us up for an onboarding Zoom call, but when the day came for the call, the person who was supposed to host the call was not available. we have since tried calling the person who took our money and left messages but have not gotten any response. I wish I would have read the reviews before we signed up. Now it appears they took the money and ran. No leads, no callbacks, nothing. we are simply out over $1,500 dollars.

    I signed up for this company's program 8/2/23. I was unable to make the unboarding session but was told that. Wouldn't it be an issue? Because I would be able to have access to the recording of the session later. this was never the case and I have never been able to log in to my account. Have tried several times to get in touch with this company via text, email and calling. I have left several messages, And nobody ever answers their phone or calls your back. Unless you hit the option to talk to a salesman and even then they say they send messages but never do. this last time I tried calling I was able to speak to a salesperson and said, I wanted to speak with somebody immediately. But he hung up on me. And ever since then, they're phone system has been having "technical difficulties". I have yet to get any leads from them and can't even access the app or other functions that I'm supposed to be able to. I went to access my invoice in the email from them but even that is unavailable.

    I have attempted to email the email that they gave in the response several times and no response.   I have also had two of their district representatives "salespeople" send a message in my behalf and again no response.   I've attempted to text several times and no response and called LOTS of times,  but no response.    And I've tried several times to reschedule that call and it won't let me do that either.

    On March 9th I received a solicitation from a Set Schedule representative offering real estate ************** leads. The representative used high pressure sales tactics which I never fall for, unfortunately the sales representative was very convincing and I went for ********* was promised that I would receive quality buyer and seller leads I was given an orientation on how to use the platform and then I started receiving lead that had disconnected numbers, bad emails that bounced back, I would call some leads and every lead was either confused as to why I was calling them, the person on the other end of the line claimed they never filled out a las form online..all of these leads are bogus leads or they are recycled leads..I immediately complained on the community board and Set Schedule suspended my account indefinitely because I was misbehaving..yes I was abad boy for complaining and they put me on time out.. I then recieved a call from *************************** and he told me why do you think we put you on time out? You wr put on time out because you mishaved and violated our terms of service for voicing your opinion on the community board. I then called several agents that I recognized and 2 agents returned my calls and they both had the same complaints..I have been trying to cancel my account and they refuse to return my calls or responded to my emails requesting my cancellation..one of credit card companies determine that Set Schedule has unfair business practices and they returned my funds of $592.. the total charges were $1776, I split the payment in 3 payments of $592so far I have not been able to recover my funds from this company.
