These people are LIARS. The initial contact text said they have referrals, so I wasn't suspicious, because I already work with a referral company that is legit.I was promised "vetted leads" of "homebuyers" that were "put through a strict process for accuracy" and that their leads were "from all different sources, like Realtor.com, zillow, call center..." They said the leads "had to fill out an online form" but the leads that I actually managed to get hold of denied that they had filled anything out, that they were NOT looking for houses, & that they had no idea why I was calling! ALL the leads are from ONE source: the COMPANY. I believe they buy old (REALLY old) leads that *** have filled out a form 5 or 10 years ago, but there are none current. In addition the sales person said they had a "data center" that used "predictive AI" to give info on addresses that were expected to be for sale soon. The idea was to be able to contact ppl (through mail) who were considering selling. The sales rep said "these are not leads" but it is still supposedly useful DATA...which was incorrect. I checked multiple zip codes & all the addresses were of properties that had SOLD MONTHS AGO LAST YEAR, except for a couple. So NO "predictive AI!"

I was not "granted leads in my area" but almost all of them are generated from the ********* in ********. Somehow you get their ID/info thru the open wifi, and keep sending the the same old data. I have screenshots. ******** is NOT my area, and your app doesn't allow circles to be drawn, so it's exceedingly hard to gauge the perimeters.

    Customer Answer

I have so many screenshots they're in zip files & can provide them if you wish. Set Schedule said they "provided leads in your area" I cover quite a large geographic area, but ******** is just too far & they keep sending me
'leads" from there. At first I got some that were in mmy geog. area. Every person I actually spoke to was shocked at being called & said they had NEVER been looking for houses. I believe SS scrapes people's info at places where there's open public wifi. SS may try to say "******** is within the radius" but when I started out trying to set geographical boundaries I was told "they used to have a radius that you could see on the map but now they don't" so it's a total crapshoot as to what is going to end up in you boundaries since you CAN'T SEE IT ON THE **** They never had "predictive AI" that I was told they had. They never transferred "live callers" that they said they had. I am concerned at their methods of obtaining people's data; many of the "leads" were at a ********* for example. Not at real addresses. These people didn't even know how their data was obtained. SS claims to be a referral firm, but they are not, unlike other referral firms I have worked with. They may be "legal" but certainly are not ethical

I purchased a yearly (12-month) subscription with SetSchedule for leads for my real estate business. When I purchased the contract on May 22, 2022, I was told that they didn't have any representatives in my area of *****, but they would start advertising so that they could assure buyer/seller leads would come my way. Leads were sent to me, as promised, although many had wrong/disconnected phone numbers and the leads were very lukewarm. However, I felt like I committed to the service, and there were no guarantees, so that's not the issue. The issue is that the last legit lead I have gotten is from February 13, 2023. It is clear that they are no longer advertising in my area and yet, after several requests, I am not able to get a refund for the months that they are not sending me leads. They keep calling to respond to my complaints, but they don't have a resolution. I continue to not get leads and they continue to not address our contract in which I paid for a 12 month service with the understanding that I would get leads for 12 months. In good faith, they sent me a rental lead today, however I don't cover rentals and the phone number was invalid. I've asked them to honor our contract of sending me leads or to reimburse me for the rest of February, March, April and mid-May when my subscription expires. It's very clear to me that they are no longer generating leads in *****.

    Hi ******,

We would like to apologize for your recent experience and sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with us.

Your account was reviewed and it shows that you received services from SetSchedule and have taken advantage of the SetSchedule product, accepting a lead up to March 30, 2023. SetSchedule sent a mix of buyer and seller leads, as agreed to in your contract. SetSchedule has sent and will continue to send leads during your term.

We do not issue a refund because the Annual Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated 05/19/2022 calls for a 1 year marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule may decide to terminate the agreement.

Please reach out to our Agent ******************* to discuss how to make the most of your membership. They will be able to help you archive leads that didnt work, strategize on how to automate follow *** for the undecideds, and plan for success with the rest. We are committed to seeing success with you during this partnership and will not stop working with you towards that end.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 03/31/2023

I agree that I agreed to an Annual Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated 05/19/2022 for a 1 year marketing partnership; however, buyer/seller leads stopped being generated in my area as of February 14, 2023.  The recent lead was sent to me manually via your associate after our phone call, but it was a renter lead.   My profile clearly says that I do not work with renters and, in addition, the phone number was not valid.

So, if we are indeed in a PARTNERSHIP, then it would appear that if SetSchedule is NOT holding up to their end of the partnership, they would make good on it.  Much like they would expect of me.   I paid upfront for 1-years worth of leads, so I don't think I am being unreasonable iny asking for 1-years worth of leads (per our contract).  The leads stopped mid-February.  Partnerships go both ways.  I paid for 1 year, so I assumed that I would get leads for 1 year.  If SetSchedule is not able to provide me leads for the full-term of 1 year (which they have not been able to), then it would only make sense for you to reimburse me only for the months that you have not been able to provide the leads.  At this point, I have paid for a 12 month buyer/seller lead subscription that has only provided me leads for 9 months.   That's not a "partnership" or what SetSchedule agreed to in the contract.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 04/04/2023

You are correct, I have taken leads.  This has nothing to do with prior leads or conversions.   This has to do with the fact that I have a contractual partnership with SetSchedule until May 20, 2023 and yet the last buyer/seller lead that was sent to me was mid-February.  It is very obvious that SetSchedule is no longer capturing leads in the area that I service.  Maybe you could check with ********************* who I initially spoke with.  I am quite sure he will remember that I was told that ***** was a new territory when I subscribed and he would ramp up advertising in this area, which was successfully done UNTIL it all stopped mid-February.   He may have a better sense IF buyer/seller leads are still being generated in my area in *****.  If they are, I am wondering why I have not received any.  If they are not, then it seems only fair that SetSchedule would hold up to their end of our contractual partnership and reimburse me for the months that no leads have been generated.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Set Schedule Company for their deceptive, misleading, and fraudulent practices. As a real estate agent in ******, *******, I was contacted by Set Schedule on 11.18.22 via phone and offered a package that included 100 Qualified *************, Unlimited Lead Replenishment, and an account manager to assist me with conversion for a period of one year. The package was priced at $1,776.00, with an additional 20% referral fee. Set Schedule assured me that they had an abundance of qualified leads for me to handle. However, since making the payment, I have not received any leads from Set Schedule. I have made over ************************************************************************* an attempt to resolve the issue. In my last conversation with them, I demanded a full refund, and the supervisor admitted that they have no leads available for ******, *******. Despite this admission, Set Schedule continues to refuse a refund. On December 6th, I filed a dispute with my bank, but Set Schedule still refuses to provide a refund as of 3.15.23 I am kindly seeking the help and support of the BBB to please investigate this matter and take appropriate action to hold Set Schedule accountable for its misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent activities.Additionally, I am seeking support to receive a full refund of $1,776 given the deceptive and unfair trade practices of Set Schedule. I am a resident of ******* and hope that ********* Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act can also offer me protection in this matter.Thank you so much for your attention to this request. Hi ****,

Were sorry to hear that your experience was not of the quality you expected.

We request anyone considering partnering with SetSchedule to commit at least 1 year to the program. Given the process for locating and converting prospects can be months, which might not even include the amount of time it takes to finalize a real estate transaction, we believe that a minimum of 1 year is necessary to truly maximize a partnership and evaluate its potential. Please allow us to discuss the situation further and hopefully come up with an agreeable resolution. I already transferred your concern to one of our Agent ******************* and they should reach out to you as soon as possible. We are committed to seeing success with you during this partnership and will not stop working with you towards that end.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 03/16/2023

Thank you for your response. Four months is too late for me to start working on a resolution with an Agent Success Consultant. I must say, you have great salespeople who can sell promising growth potential for businesses. Unfortunately, you also have individuals who execute poorly and cannot deliver on the promises made by the sales team. ************************* pursued me for a week before I signed up, promising that within 24 hours, an Agent Success Consultant would reach out to create a success plan and a conversion strategy. He told me I would have so many leads the very next day that I would need to expand my team to handle them. Additionally, if I felt the lead did not meet market expectations or if I did not want to accept it for any reason, I would have unlimited lead replacements throughout the year.
Let me share a little about myself. I am a full-time real estate agent with 18 years of experience in ******, **. I generate many different types of prospects and locate them. For example, I generate buyer leads via ****** and receive between ****** buyer leads per month.
After four months of receiving zero leads and absolutely no communication, with your company completely ignoring me, I have been hung up on by my customer service representative, and promises of callbacks were never fulfilled. I have never worked with such an unprofessional, disorganized, falsely represented, dishonest, and disrespectful company that became so careless as soon as my payment was received.
At this point, the only resolution for me is a full refund of $1,776, and I never want to waste my time with your company again.

    To whom it may concern,
I demand a refund of $1,776 and request that you never contact me again if you value my business. I was promised by *************************, whose number is ************, that an Agent Success Consultant would contact me within 24 hours to create a success plan and a conversion strategy. I was also told that I would receive a minimum of 100 high-quality leads the next day, which would require me to expand my team to handle them. Furthermore, unlimited lead replacements were guaranteed throughout the year if a lead did not meet market expectations or if I did not want to accept it for any reason. Unfortunately, I was lied to, defrauded, and deceived.
In response to your Audit team, **** called me on 3.20.23, and his number is ************. After an hour and ten minutes of a fruitless conversation, there was no resolution, and he promised that his supervisor would call me back. However, as of my reply to you on 3.24.23, the supervisor has not contacted me yet.
I want to inform you that I have been consistently generating, locating, and converting prospects on a daily basis for the past 18 years. I am happy to provide evidence if needed, and it will not take four months - 30 days should be sufficient. Furthermore, your so-called membership, which your salespeople promised, is only worthwhile if you deliver on your commitments.
Unfortunately, Set Schedule is missing the two most crucial components in my area of ******, ******* - product and quality. I will do whatever is necessary to ensure that your company is publicly exposed for who you really are. Your business practices are dangerous, horrendous, dishonest, deceiving, and fraudulent, and they need to stop defrauding the American People.

I received a phone call from a salesperson, *****, who called on behalf of Set Schedule. I am a real estate broker in *******, and this is how I run my business, with reliable leads from online ads. I explained that the average single-family price was $750K at the time, November 2022, and my area of expertise is *******, ******** etc., the surrounding areas. ***** guaranteed they had tons of leads for my area, and I was promised 100 leads within 90 days. She offered me a one-year membership with refundable money within 30 days. She explained how it works and showed the system, which is well done and very believable. I agreed with the silver membership, which is the REFUNDABLE one. I paid $1,995.00 right upfront - their terms to get the 30 days trial, and since then, I ONLY grabbed 14 leads that were left over that no one wanted. One was there for 9 months, the other was never a real lead, the other was just looking, and here we go. Like everyone else here, I was scammed, they changed the contract to gold, which I never chose, and they keep giving me excuses for not sending me leads, which is a bunch of BS. I WANT TO REACH FOR EVERY ONE OF THESE AGENTS HERE WITH COMPLAINTS, EXACTLY MINE, AND ASK THEM TO JOIN ME WITH A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR US; THEY DISREGARD OUR COMPLAINTS WITH STUPID EXCUSES; IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME THING, AND JUST LIKE THE ***** CALLS, EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. THE SET SCHEDULE SURPASSED THE LIMIT AND THE RESPECT for our business. They think they can go on with this scam, but I will do everything I can to STOP them.

the complaint isnt about the 14 fake leads I grabbed on the left over. The complaint is about misleading, charging $2k from me promising 100 leads within 90 days and delivering NOTHING!! I called several times, I asked for leads several times, and the only thing I heard is excuses after excuses. Why should I wait for ONE FULL YEAR?! If the payment is for ONE FULL YEAR? Or SetSchedule provide the leads or REFUND MY MONEY!!
I spoke with someone called **** a couple of days ago that told me that SetSchedule HAVE NO ADS running for *******! This is an absurd, you are selling something and you know you cannot provide! Unacceptable!!! Give me LEADS or REFUND my money.

I had been receiving multiple marketing requests via text messages to partner up to do referrals on a 20% referral fee to be paid at closing. I responded to one of the requests on January 4, 2023 and scheduled a consultation via Candidly on January 10,2023. The appointment was through Zoom to show the platform and how it works. It did seem like a great platform. After the consultation and time for payment, I had asked several questions, included the copious amounts of negative reviews I had read. The reviews stated the company was a scam and fraud and not to trust them. I asked about the reviews and they said they had been resolved. I asked what is the process if this becomes an issue, per the reviews, and was told that it would be resolved. I told them I would need to call them back as I had to consult with a partner. I still had questions about the reviews and the complaints. They guaranteed they had been resolved and that wasn't the case. I had asked about how many other agents had accounts. They said there were 5 in the area and there were 15 closings in the last month and 2 pending. I have been patient and worked with them weekly to get the issues resolved. They have not followed through on any of the promises. The leads that do show and are still the same leads that have shown since January 10, 2023 are not verified and 2 to 5 hours out of Salt Lake. When I ask about the leads, I get the same response. "They are working on upping the amount of leads". I am in Salt Lake and do not believe that there is not one buyer or seller looking for an agent. They say my case has been elevated to a #2 to get more leads and "someone" will call me back. I have not heard back from anyone. At this point, I have asked for a refund, which they have denied. I am not sure how you can offer a service you cannot perform on and legally keep everyone's money. I have held up to my end of following the rules without any "verified" leads coming back to me.

    Hi ********,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We're so sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations.

We have transferred your concern to one of  our Agent Success Consultants to discuss how to make the most of your membership. They will be able to help you archive leads that didnt work, strategize on how to automate follow *** for the undecideds, and plan for success with the rest. We are committed to seeing success with you during this partnership and will not stop working with you towards that end.

We would also love to recommend you go to the SetSchedule ******* channel ( *******.com/setschedule ) to view the Meet The Agent series.  The series features successful agents around the country that share their advice, ideas and recommendation to success in real estate. The channel features new interviews daily and weekly so you may want to subscribe. I purchased leads from set schedule which were promised to be authentic and always re-loaded for a fixed price. As a realtor, leads are an important form of income. The company told me that I would get tons of leads and ' more would always be added to my bucket.' However, every single lead I called was a fake or non working number, most were spam and not authentic, very few leads if any were real people looking to buy or sell. I also never got more leads and paid over $1,000 for nothing. Set schedule is a complete BS SCAM. They also NEVER responded to my emails when I notified them that the leads were fake and asked for a refund. **************** is horrible and they do not care about their customers. They are ****** out to get their next victim....this company should be shut down.

    ***********,

Internet leads can be frustrating for even the most seasoned real estate agents to work. It is our regret that the leads did not prosper into successful listings. We transferred your concern to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you to discuss the issue further and to help you optimize your membership.

We do not issue a refund because the Annual Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated 04/28/2022 calls for a 1 year marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule may decide to terminate the agreement.

SetSchedule aggregates leads from a variety of lead sources (please click below for more information on SetSchedule's *************).

I asked for my money back the next day and they refused. I have not used any of their services. I have contacted the *** of ********** and ************** and my bank. In Feb of 2022, Sales Rep ********************* convinced me that the services of SetSchedule would be worth my time as he stated there would be a monthly allotment of 30 leads of which would all be within the desired region that I cover as a Realtor. He stated that the reason they were reaching out to me is because they had received "a lot of leads in my neighborhood in the previous few days." Once the contract was started I was greater with zero leads available in my desired region. I immediately reached out to request for setschedule to aquire additional leads in the area. They continually failed to produce adequate leads in my area to allow me to fulfill the 30 leads per month. When I asked how to get more leads in my area they told me that they would spend more money buying better leads if I were to close a sale. Most of the leads they provided were not vetted at all and had fake information, or had already purchased. I KEPT ASKING FOR MORE LEADS IN MY AREA, and I was told if I cannot get good leads in my area I should consider picking up leads outside my area and refer them out to other agents just to get sales closed. After much dismay and disappointment in the service provided by setschedule, I expanded my core area WAY OUTSIDE OF MY SERVICE AREA. Even with the expanded search area I was not getting access to nearly as many leads as I was promised. To add insult to injury, Set Schedule is now refusing to replenish my leads this month. The reason provided by the customer service rep was "management did not approve your request because your service is scheduled to expire this month."I have a 12 month contract with Set Schedule, so as far as I am concerned they are obligated to uphold the length of the contract...especially since I have been lied to repeatedly, and short changed in all aspects of their business. I would recommend that no ody ever work with a company that treats their clients this way and runs such a scam of a business.

    Hi ****,

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.

Our system shows that you were granted leads within your area. It is our regret that the leads did not prosper into successful listings. SetSchedule DOES NOT make any guarantees or representations as to the real estate agents ability to close transactions. These variables are solely in the hand of the real estate agent who represents themselves as licensed sales professionals. Your concern has been transferred to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you to discuss the issue further. We hope to find a solution that makes you smile.

May we also recommend you go to the SetSchedule ******* channel ( *******.com/setschedule ) to view the Meet The Agent series.  The series features successful agents around the country that share their advice, ideas and recommendation to success in real estate. The channel features new interviews daily and weekly so you may want to subscribe.

The amount of non stop harassment with texts and calls is simply unfathomable. I have asked over 20 times to not be contacted anymore, and they refuse to stop. This should be illegal and enforceable action against this company. I have called, and asked to speak with mgmt, and supervisors, and they refuse to put me through. Someone named **** has texted me every week over 3 years and will not stop. I cant believe this company is so desperate for business they wont stop harassing people. All of the reviews on this place are correct. That fairy ***************** should contact me directly. Absolutely and unbelievably despicable behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves.
