    This company is nothing but a modern day scam artist whose only goal is to steal from its customers. They charged me $5000 and I was supposed to receive good quality Live Transfer leads. They took my $5000 and they never gave me any good quality leads and I never got a single live transfer lead ever. Furthermore when I signed up they told me it was $5000 total that I will ever have to spend. I just got off the phone with someone and they said that they removed the $5000 premium for my account because its due every single year. These people dont even know what theyre doing and all theyre doing is stealing money from people and giving nothing in return. My $5000 was supposed to make me $30,000 plus. Im going to file a lawsuit in damages I want $35,000+ attorney fees

    Last year March 2022 Set Schedule reached out and did their sales pitch and me and my two other vendors agreed to split the cost and try it. 5 months into it and nothing panning out we decided to no longer use set schedule anymore. I called and requested that the a/c to be cancelled, since it was paid for in full, they said it will be active for the remaining and get canceled on the renewal date.... Now come March 30th, 2023, they charged my a/c $1650.00 and when I called and requested them to revert my account and asked why this account is still active, NO one seems to understand that this account has not been in use and no longer be use.... I have been asking them to close my account immediately and credit or refund my $1650.00, and all the reps keep saying sorry we cant do refunds. I HAVE NOT USED THEY PLATFORM PERIOD..... PLEASE HELP, I NEED TO PAY FOR MORTGAGE AND PUT FOOD ON THE ***** FOR MY KIDS.

    Why are you keeping people hostage to be a member. As you stated that you dint receive my written notice 30 days before renewal 3/31/2023. I have sent a written request 4/6/2023 upon noticing the charge of $1650.00 debited from my a/c, like any good business please cancel my a/c effective immediately and refund my money back $1650.00

    On 04/28/23, I signed up with SetSchedule as I was promised verified and live connection buyer and seller leads in my specified area radius. This company is fraudulent. These are ghost leads. I have spoken to other agents in my area who have had issues with this company, have had the same experience with them and verified my suspicion that the leads are not legitimate. The leads never signed up to be contacted, and have ZERO interest in being contacted by a real estate professional. This company bombarded me with solicitation phone calls initially, and now that I have signed up... nothing. I've reached out to customer service with questions and concerns... nothing. I've requested a refund... nothing. The Regional Sales Manger told me before I signed up that if I was dissatisfied with the service, that they could help me get my money back. Additionally, I was promised a connection with an Agent Success Coach and have had nothing. I spoke with *********************, an agent in *********, ** who suggested that I file a complaint with you. Thank you in advance for helping me get this resolved.

    I was promised verified and live connection leads of which I have received none. The majority of the leads I am receiving are hundreds of miles away from me and well outside of my jurisdiction. The leads are illegitimate, and the prospects never signed up to be contacted by an agent. This is not the first complaint of the sort against this company. I've spoken with many agents in my area who have been with the program for a full year and said it's a scam. That is what I am experiencing. 

     

    I felt pressured to sign up for the service due to repeated, multiple times a day phone calls, lies about when promotions were ending etc. This is a very unethical company and even has scammers in their own app!

    I am not receiving leads as promised. I have never once received a verified, or vetted lead in my area. I have also never received a "live transfer" lead as promised.  I would like a refund for the service and end things amicably. Short of that, I would like to start receiving the verified/vetted/live transfer leads in my area as I was promised. 

    I was told when I signed up that if I was dissatisfied with the service, that they would work with me on a refund. I felt pressured to sign up being told that "Today is the last day of this special promotion". Come to find out that the following Monday a different representative emailed me to share the promotional price with me. I feel like I was lied to on many occasions. This business needs to change their practices.

    I subscribed or joined (however you prefer to think of it) SetSchedule on December 16, 2022; order number *****. When I signed up I paid $2,721.00 so that I would only owe SetSchedule a 20% referral fee; I was told that I would be receiving leads in blocks of 100 & would be fed as many leads as I could handle. I confirmed several times with the salesperson "So this means that if I churn through 100 leads in 1 month I will receive another block of 100?" the reply was "Yes, for all intents and purposes you will have an unlimited supply of buyer and seller leads". To date I have received exactly ZERO leads in my business area. I have called, emailed, and DM'd quite a few of your employees. I even spoke to *************************** on the phone. Everyone gives me the same canned response, "you must expand your work area."At this stage, I feel like I've been scammed. I feel like SetSchedule is simply in the business of stealing money from *********** agents. I have absolutely no faith that I will ever see any degree of return on my investment. I feel like the simplest resolution at this stage would be for SetSchedule to refund me the money I paid for services not rendered.***********************************************

    As a real estate agent I understand how long it may take to cultivate and close a lead; however, to date I have been a client of SetSchedule since December 2022 and have received ZERO leads. To claim that I have received leads is a bold faced lie. When I spoke to the sales rep I was very specific in the areas I work and to date I have not received 1 lead in these areas.

    I work as a realtor in *********. Late last year a CA company reached out to us claiming to be able to provide quality real estate leads. We set up a sales call, and the product sounded good. We work with a few different lead providers and have had good experiences with them. After explaining that they charge a ~$1500 sign-up fee to weed out the merely curious, we signed up. They even promised to reimburse us $250 or somewhere around that per-close for the sign-up fee. After using the platform for almost four months, we did not get a SINGLE tenable lead. Most people did not respond, and when they did, they had no idea what I was talking about, save for one person in whom I dont have a ************ will work out in a sale.Feeling mislead, I reached out for a refund. My rep there missed a weeks-scheduled phone call and completely ignored my e-mails and calls for weeks. Eventually I had to guess the e-mail of the *** and started CCing him on my messages after which people responded and denied my refund request and pointed me to the **** I argued that we were misled by their sales people into the quality of the product when signing the **** I have had radio silence since. I looked online and according to the reviews, there seems to be a good number of people who feel the same way. It is not so much the $1500 bucks that I am worried about, we do good business, but its the principle of the matter. F*** these people.

    This company markets to realtors, which I am, and says they'll pay a referral fee for leads. I tried them once years ago. About 2 years ago I started getting texts from them. I type "stop" and the messages don't stop. It's like they don't have an unsubscribe feature. I've called them and asked them to remove my name from their system. They still text. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They responded and said they would remove my information. 2 weeks later I get more texts. It's non-stop. I want them to put my phone number on a permanent do not call or text list.

    Company is operating outside the **** and CAN-SPAM act and has illegally obtained my personal information without my permission. Company is using my information as a reference, and to coerce others into sales contracts. Company is lying and using illegal off-shore phone systems which do not properly identify them and using contractors illegally without paying proper employment taxes. Company has now cost me several hours of time, called my reputation into question and caused financial harm to me. I am demanding the payment of $5000 US Dollars as compensation for these illegal acts and will pursue in court if this restitution is not paid within 90 days. This has come to my attention on 4/19/2023 and has been a repetitive problem. Illegal contractors from outside ******* using fake names and locations in an attempt to enact illegal business transactions and posing as a ************ Broker Manager" without a legal *********** Broker's license. ********************** to pay me $5000.00 USD by 7/20/2023 or this will become a court action.

    I get 2-3 texts a week from this company asking me to sign up. They never indicate the company name in the texts but further communication does indicate the business. I have contacted them numerous times to be taken off their list but nothing happens and the harassing texts continue.

    4/14/2023 recieved another call from a telemarketer for this company and have been receiving texts from unknown scam numbers asking for business. I have submitted a previous BBB complaint regarding harrassing telemarketing behavior after cancelling my account with this company previosly. Multiple inquiries to support and corporate to remove my account from their website and my contact info from ALL marketing & prospecting funnels have been stated they will comply but continue to receive harrassing unsolicited calls, **************

    In April 2022 I received a marketing call for what was promised to be an excellent quality of leads for buyers and sellers of real estate. They promised these were qualified leads that were ready to talk to a licensed agent.I signed up and agreed to the $1,570 fee (one thousand five hundred and seventy dollars) but to my dismay, I soon realized that these were not qualified leads whatsoever. There were just lists bought randomly and the details of people I received were not interested in buying or selling properties. It was just cold calling, something I told the initial selling agent I did not like doing. Within a few days I called to complain and explained I was not receiving the quality leads I was promised and I wanted to cancel my membership and my money back and this was denied. I never made any transactions through them and I feel I was lied to and robbed. I would really like my money back.
