    I had surgery and called the company to see if they would pause my account They said they would. I kept getting referrals so I called them back to make sure my account was on pause so I wouldnt be charged again. They assured me it would not be charged and it was definitely on pause. I didnt believe them so I tried to cancel it on the app it wouldnt allow me when I tried. Then sure enough a few days later they charged me for a renewal of $1,570. I was absolutely astounded. So I tried to get in touch with them and they kept having me call a $4 an hr middle man who just said no no no no no no no no no no no your not getting your money back. How do I make sure they doing charge me another renewal. I never wanted auto renewal but they did it anyway and I verbally told them I didnt want it because I couldnt find anyway yo cancel my account. This company is an absolute scam!! Please help me!!

    We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last 04/01/2022. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that:

    You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all ********* Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at *********************************** Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).

    There has been an auto-renewal because your written cancellation request has only been received last 04/03/2023. On 04/02/2024, your account will be a starter account. Feel free to continue to use the premium benefits and reach out to your Agent Success Consultant with any questions while your premium membership is still active.

    The company does not have a mechanism to close one's account once it is created. I have asked them to close my account and delete my user profile and instead I have been given the run around and told how to stop notifications.People need to be able to stop doing business with a company and have their information removed if they no longer choose to work with them.

    I have emailed set schedule accounting and other related set schedule email addresses in order to STOP my credit card from being charged again for renewal. They have yet to confirm receipt and from the many complaints filed, it looks like they judt go ahead and charge renewal fees without permission even after agents ask for the renewal to STOP! My account has been locked and I have been unable to look at any of the bogus leads that they gave me. This is a fraudulent company and there current CEO was indicted for being part of a ponzi scheme.

    The company has stated that they would deliver qualified leads to me on average of 1 to 2 introductions per week. I have tried numerous times to resolve this and they have not done anything to assist. I gave them nearly $1800 for a useless service. I want a refund as they have not delivered as promised. The so called "leads" are phone numbers of random people that have not asked to be contacted. This is misleading and I have been mislead.

    I am writing this letter to file a formal complaint against Set Schedule Company regarding their fraudulent practices and failure to deliver qualified leads, resulting in a loss of $1776. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution.October 26 2022 I engaged Set Schedule ********* services with the expectation of receiving legitimate leads for real estate opportunities. I was assured that these leads would be high-quality and relevant to my business needs. However, to my dismay, the majority of the leads provided turned out to be scam calls, originating from individuals who had not made any requests or expressed interest in real estate.The lack of qualified leads directly impacted my business, wasting valuable time and resources on non-productive conversations. The services provided by Set Schedule Company were not only ineffective but also misleading and deceptive. As a result, I firmly believe that I have been scammed and robbed of my hard-earned money.I have taken the necessary steps to resolve this issue by disputing the transaction with my bank account. Additionally, I have reached out to Set Schedule Company multiple times, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek redress have been met with silence, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of commitment to resolving legitimate grievances.At this point, I have exhausted all possible avenues to resolve this matter amicably.     I've been contacted by various parties from SetSchedule on dozens of occasions. No matter how many times I ask them to add me to the company's do not contact list, the outreach attempts by more reps keep on coming.

    Feb 2023 Paid $2,250 Never provides a live transfer or a good lead like promised I believe this is a fraudulent company and hiding behind lots of workers in other countries.

    The nonstop harassment. Ive been contacted over 200 times from this company. *** tried to reach out to the managers, administrators, and the sales reps themselves. I have constantly asked to be removed from all communication. I have asked over, over, over, over, and over. Nonstop harassment. I dont understand, why after filing several complaints, I have to keep going through this. I am going to file a lawsuit if this nonstop harassment does not stop. I want the below phone numbers to be removed, and never contacted again. I cannot believe that this company continues to get away with this. Simply unbelievable. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.************ ************

    Set Schedule is a phone scam and I want them on my Do NOT CALL LIST and refunded the **** Scam they promised for Seller leads also the attached agreements were never given to me or shown to me before I signed up for Seller leads only. ONly after paid them ****, This is a bunch of leads pulled from major websites like Zillow, Realtor.com ect. Not vetted as promised and are mostly bogus Buyer leads. I would like a full refund of $**** as 0 leads have come despite valiant effort to reach. So this is my Set ID *****.

    SetSchedule has contacted me via text multiple times. The first time I told them the company and any of its affiliates did not have permission to text me, and requested to be put on their do not contact list. I received another text from them today, again soliciting me for business.
