    I signed a contract with this company to provide REAL VERIFIED leads to me for the purpose of my *********** business. I have received "leads" that are OLD, non-existent....not vetted or useful leads. I have complained to the company repeatedly. They keep telling me that I don't know how to "work the leads" and they want to discuss or train me. I have worked leads from other companies for 13 years with success. This company is a scam. I have heard from other local Realtors and Realtors across the country who signed up for these services who feel the same.I want a refund and I want this company to quit scamming others.

    Every time I complain or ask for a refund, the company's solution it to "chat" and "train" me.

    I am not the problem. I do not need training. I have converted plenty of leads with other lead companies. But those leads were vetted and verified leads where someone actually wanted to speak to a Realtor. The only leads I have received from SetSchedule have been "trash" leads . I was told I would get these low rated leads and I could work them or not work them....but the TRUE LEADS were supposed to be calls I would receive where a buyer was waiting on the line to speak with a Realtor right away because they are looking to buy or sell a home. I received ZERO of these leads!!!  

    Although the other leads were not vetted or verified..I still called close to 100 "leads" which is how I know they are trash.

    I never received ONE of the leads I was promised. This is a scam! They just send old used leads from other companies such as Zillow or Realtor.com. I was not paying for useless leads.

    It's not that I was unable to "work the leads". I NEVER RECEIVED any of the leads I was promised!!!!

    I was told I would receive a phone call with a live client on the phone who would want to speak to a Realtor right away. That never happened. I had TWO of these calls. One where the client hung up so I never got to talk to them and the other was another frustrated Realtor trying to find out if the system even worked. ALL OTHER "leads" were trash. I was told I would receive the "bad" leads and I could ignore them or try to make something of them...but those are not the leads I was promised and what I paid for. However, I did call almost ************************** case and they were all TRASH! 

    I have worked with other leads groups with true leads. If I get the leads I am promised...I will work them and pay for them.

    YOU DID NOT provide what you promised and there are plenty of other agents who will say the same.

    I learned after purchasing a year "partnership" that they illegally source "lead" information and send them out for agents to call. Poor quality is an understatement and I can't even get ahold of someone within the company for support. The platform was oversold to me, as I am a new agent and didn't know to search for active lawsuits against a lead generation platform before signing up. ****** learned. SCAM!

    No, it is unacceptable that this is the only response anyone from this company is capable of providing. I have other lead generation platforms that I have been successful in using. This is not something that is a performance issue on my part. Several of the leads you sent were upset that I was contacting them, some told me that they had not been made aware that their information was sent out and that I "clearly didn't do my research before contacting them", which I had filed a complaint with you guys over a week ago about a "lead" who I was sent to contact. That and the fact that all you have to say for yourselves is "maybe contact our success department" is what makes this unacceptable. I would happily get in contact with the success department if I feel that my performance needed work in order to nurture these leads, but this issue is simply that these people were UNEXPECTEDLY contacted, out of the blue, and were seemingly unaware that there would be such solicitation

    I do not want that. Do not keep emailing me incomplete links asking for my review. Youve wasted my time and my money, I do not want to speak to a success agent and I do not want any part of your platform. Id like to know who I should contact for legal support. This whole situation is concerning and upsetting because oure cold-calling people and overselling a platform that is apparently very well-known for being bs. Everyone I spoke with about this has had negative feedback, I strongly feel that this is a scam.

    Good Afternoon Set Schedule I already have spoken with one of your Success ********** Managers *****. I only signed Up with Set Schedule for ONLY SELLER LEADS and I told my Originator Done and everyone else I spoke to.  ***** even confirmed that Set Schedule does not have any Seller Leads for me. This is False Advertising i my book and your company should Not Be Promoting Seller Leads when you do not have any. Please Refund my $1776.00

    Good Response to my 2nd request for my Set Schedule Subscription Refund. However, I am a 20 **************** Top Producing Realtor and although additional training is always welcomed it does not Replace the fact that you Advertised Seller Leads and you do Not Have Any!

    I belong to the ************************ and ************ *********************** the ************ Chamber Of Commerce and Connect 24 Chamber of Commerce. I am also founder and Past President of my ******************** called I **** ********* Business Networking). I do not need to join another network of Realtors. 

    Folks, I wanted to have an Ongoing relationship with a Company that was Truthful about providing me Seller Leads and helping me Vet them out!

    instead you have come up Short and have Not Performed and for that I am asking for Full Refund!

    I signed up for this service in June of 2022 and tried to work the platform for a few months. I stopped taking leads more than 6 months ago and canceled the service. SetSchedule was out of my mind until June 1, 2023 when I was charged $2250 for another year. I returned to their site to submit a cancelation request again. I have tried to reach out to them for over a month, but I haven't heard back. I am simply looking to have that $2250 returned, as I haven't used the service in over 6 months.

    I purchased a year of service July 2022, after a few months I realized it was worthless and although I had difficulty contacting them, I cancelled the service in February of this year. I have a text message trail confirming that. They assured me it was no problem and since I had paid for the year they would continue to send leads. I asked them not to but they insisted and assured me they would not charge me again when the new term started. They called back a month or so later when I repeated the same information, that I was cancelling. This morning I got a call for coaching appointment which I insisted I was not interested in as I had cancelled months ago, they just said ok, and I notice they billed me anyway for $990 this morning. As usual they are impossible to contact and don't respond to messages

    I informed them by email I was not satisfied with the service last February, they called and on the phone February 2022 I canceled the service. They called me several months later to encourage me not to and I repeated my request to cancel service which they said they would ( for this year in advance) they called me several days ago asking for another consultation but i reminded them I was no longer with them, they said ok and hung up, so no email or text record I realized now, but I have not yet received the new years services which I canceled months ago so why charge me in advance for an unwanted service?? Fraud thats why. If you look online this is a common occurrence

    Purchased the services for one year of lead generation product in December, paid $1650. Gotten the training, got set up, all looked good, had a couple of leads right away, called first one, got mad because she said they don't even THINK about selling their home. Had many phone calls that I initiated with SetSchedule, asking why leads aren't coming, why the farming area isn't correct for this very rural area, why leads sent aren't verified leads and end up not wanting to work with a Realtor (if they even respond..), had no useable success whatsover. Got the geographical area changed upon my request multiple times, still doesn't work, now 1/2 year into it, not a single useable lead, not even a talk with a "lead" that picked up the phone after that first one, emailed or texted back. I have asked to stop the service now and cancel and get a refund for at least half of the year paid fully in advance, really I should ask for all of it. I am getting phone calls from customer "success" team members wanted to help with the issue, which we have done multiple times to no result. No one is responding to my multiple emails, they are just ignoring them. I don't want any more phone calls I just want to end the partnership and get a refund. This is clearly not working.

I have had multiple phone conversations with various members of their success team and nothing changed. I just want a refund and be done. I am not willing to extend this any longer.

    I have taken all training and have discussed what could be optimized with diverse people from the "success" team, everytime they "increased" my referral radar, showing me leads that are 130, 160 miles away, still no useable referrals/leads since. I have only received a few leads in the very beginning, again, when contacted by me they either were not even looking to sell and rather upset or they didn't even reply, mainly the Buyer leads. And there have not been ANY leads in my whole radar since then. Please check on that to verify. 

    We have a very active market and many listings coming on, we have Buyers looking, but again, NOT A SINGLE LEAD FROM SET SCHEDULE.

    I don't want to watch any videos from other agents and I am done talking to customer success. I just want my money back and be done with SetSchedule.

    When we initially signed up for SetSchedule's lead program, we were told that we would have an assigned success coach who would be touching base with us on a monthly basis to ensure that the leads are to our satisfaction. We signed up for the program in January of 2023 and have only received two or three leads in our target area that we were promised. We have aggressively followed up on the leads provided (even outside of our market area), and most have bad contact information, are not interested at all, or just do not respond - even after several follow up attempts. We have reached out several times to customer support and were assured that better leads would be coming. Of course, that never happened. We have also provided notice of our wish to cancel and receive a refund, to which no one has responded. SetSchedule assured us when we signed up that as long as we provide updates and uphold our end of the agreement, that we would be able to receive our money back if we were dissatisfied with their services. The salespeople will tell you anything to get you to sign up! Do not waste your time or money - this lead program has been nothing but a headache!

    This company is selling fraudulent services. They promise leads, interactions, trainings, and bi-weekly check-ins to support your business. So far, there are no leads, no interactions, fake information, no follow up and no trainings. When you call the customer service number it routes you to a voicemail of a call center and doesn't ever connect you with a human. This is a scam and their business should be s*** down immediately. Innocent people are being taken advantage of, costing $1,500 - $2,000 every time they scam someone into signing up.

    Hello,

    The response does not address the concerns listed. The leads are fake leads, fake contact information, so clearly the leads would not convert into business. The entire platform is a lie. If an *********** up for the platform they are promised one thing and not given that. There are no leads, and the initial leads given are all fake. The customer service is a scam and leads you to a voicemail system that does not get answered. Leads do take time to convert, but every single lead is fake - which will never be converted.

    Here we are again, complaint #4 and I'M STILL GETTING CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY. This time it was Trey or Tray calling me on 6/19 at 1:10 Mountain time. I genuinely don't understand how this can accidentally happen so many times, so I'm only led to believe that this is intentionally breaking the DNC List laws and ignoring my repeated requests to not be contacted.

    I Want no part of this business, they text literally everyday spamming me, trying to get me to join their program. Over ********************************************************************* alone but next day, new texts. I have never given them my information or signed up with them but they continue to harass me daily. 100% would not recommend using them. Terrible company
