    Very polite and friendly and professional and explained everything and always replied to my emails. Very knowledgeable and if didn't know an answer they would get back to me with the right answer.

    They were diligient in providing updates and ensuring all necessary documents were gathered and in order for the process to go smoothly with the lender. They were able to reduce my payments by more than $400 which is a huge relief on our budget. It did take some months to achieve this result but it was worth the wait.
