    Working with the retention group from the start to the end was such a pleasure! Everyone i dealt and spoke with were so knowledgeable and professional and explained everything in detail. A month ago before I found the Retention group I was stressing out and thought I was going to lose my home! They reassured me that everything would be okay and help me through it.

    They was so helpful I was going into Foreclosure and they was able to stop that process for me. They was there for me when I needed them. They stayed in communication with me frequently. And explained every single step with me. I appreciate them so much. They took a load of my shoulders.

    I want to start to by saying thank you from the bottom of my heart! Nothing more stressful then being past due on your mortgage. A month ago I felt hopeless. Didnt have any money, laid off from work, behind on my bills. I came across The Retention Group online and submitted my info. Quickly I received a call from an agent named ****** He was empathetic, honest, and gave me hope. He has been a blessing to work with. So far this company has an A+ in my book! Thank you again! Cant say that enough!

    I think the services were great they worked fast and efficiently knowing that we were going to be able to keep our house made us both sleep better at night also they kept in communication with us the whole time the process was going so I definitely recommend there services to anyone who is in need of losing their home worked great for us and now we are back to living our normal life.
