    I received an unsolicited text message from an individual claiming they work at this business. The number that text me is *****************. The text message states:Hi Kaleb, This is *** with Amity One. Following up about your personal loan request. Trying to connect you with our loan officer regarding your approval. *** END to opt out. Otherwise, can I call you now? If the loan is no longer needed, let me ******* email address and bank account was recently compromised so receiving this message when I in fact did NOT apply for a personal loan is extremely concerning to me. I have never engaged this business in any way on any channel. I did not respond to this message.

    This company has been relentlessly calling and leaving text messages about a loan I have not applied for and do not want.

    I receive daily phone calls and texts about a loan I did not apply for. I have never heard of this company prior to these daily calls and texts. I would like for this to stop.

    This company has been calling and texting me daily that they need more information to finish processing a loan I did not ask for. I have blocked over 20 phone numbers from this scam and they continue to call and text all day long. Please make these calls stop this is a Scam!

    Company keeps spamming calls/texts about finalizing loan I never requested. I have never done business with this company, I have never contacted them, and my phone number is on the Do Not Call list. I want this company to stop harassing me!

    I have been receiving phone calls, emails and text messages about a loan from Amity One that I did not apply for. I do not know how they got my phone number nor how they assumed I am asking for a loan. I want to be on the *** list and for them to leave me alone. I keep blocking but they call from different numbers.

    This scam company is texting or calling and leaving voice mails multiple times a day offering to complete a **** application I started. I have never heard of this company and clearly this is just a phishing attempt. I continue to block numbers but they continue to call and text using different numbers.

    This business is texting me claiming I need to follow up on a loan request which I never submitted. This bothersome, concerning and unacceptable.

    I get at least three phone calls a day about a loan which I did not request. As of 8/20/25, they have resorted to texting me. I would like to be put on their do not call list and never hear from them again.

    I have been getting phone calls and text messages from companies sometimes stating they are Amity One, sometimes not using a name at all. The messages are the same - calling about my loan documents and underwriting when I never applied for any loans. I get at least 5 calls a day at all hours and 10 text messages a week. Every time I block the number a call comes in from a different one. This is disruptive and harrassment. Even when I call the # back I can't speak to anyone to remove my number, it's only option are pressing prompts which I won't do. *****************-443-4873; ************; ************; ************; these are just from the last 2 days.
