    ATO sent the following message today (9-17-25 @ 2:58pm). They call and text me quite a bit. Ive deleted and reported the phone numbers, that they have called from, but theyre still coming! *** never filed a loan with them, of any kind and dont plan too. They seem to have my info. Heres the latest message. Hi ****, *** here from *** to review your loan options. Do you have a few minutes now to discuss your application? *** never filed an application with them and need this to cease. Thanks again, for your cooperation!

    Getting daily text messages from *** at *** about a loan application I didnt file. Id never even heard of them until I started randomly getting these texts. I keep deleting and reporting the number as junk but the texts keep coming. I refuse to reply to the text out of caution that its a phishing attempt. I want to stop being contacted by Amity One and be deleted from their contact list.

    I receive phone calls and text messages from this business wanting to discuss a loan I applied for. I dont know this company and did not apply for anything. They call way over the allowable amounts and spam call/text back to back

    I am receiving phishing text messages from this company, and potentially phone calls, though they do not identify the company in voicemails. The methodology is extremely underhanded, and should be considered criminal. Additionally the frequency of contact likely qualifies as harassment. Business practices like this should lead to legal repercussions and loss of ability to conduct business.

    I am getting at least 3 phone calls a day about a loan that I have never applied for nor ever done business with Amity One. I block every single number that calls me and still more show up. Now they are texting me. I am no the national government Do Not Call list and I don't understand why these calls continue to come in. I just want the phone calls and now text messages to stop.

    Amity One, a company whom I have never contacted, calls and texts me constantly with offers for a loan I did not inquire about. Although I ignore all the solicitations, they continue relentlessly, usually multiple times per day.Some of the voice mails say the offer will expire "soon", but it never seems to expire, and they continue attempting to reach me.

    Excessive calls and text for loan offers over the last several months, multiple request to be removed from call list, multiple report and delete on multiple text message offers, currently have almost 40 voicemails that are not listened to, extremely frustrating as they dont play by the do not call rules and every voicemail is the same. Pre approved for loan of **,***. Call us .

    This business (Amity One) keeps texting me to follow up on a personal loan request that I never requested. I have blocked over 10 phone numbers in an attempt to stop this. They keep using new numbers to harass me.

    This company has obtained my phone number and has illegally started a loan application and loan process without my consent to do so. They continue to text me about an illegal loan they started without my consent. Will be filing a court case against this company also for illegal loan processing without my consent
