4 starsThe customer support people are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I talk to one person get things set up and then when I call in later, Im told that there was a glitch in the system and the changes didnt hold so we have to go over it again. That is very time consuming, but it seems to be a problem with their system rather than with the office people. Im very glad that Alleviate is willing to work with me and come up with a plan that is doable for me!Alleviate Financial Solutions LLC
